Staff was very helpful. Calendar activities were posted in clubhouse. Downside-we noticed that the computer access was very limited and not what we expected. I was told that it was a cost issue for this thousand trails. The grounds were well maintained. We did notice that was ground improvements ongoing. Overall, we thought that funds were directed toward improvements. Entertainment was limited.

We love our membership at thousand trails, but a little disappointed this time around. Didn't like the fact we had to go to ranger station to get balls to play pool. The men's bathroom was plugged and the other stall had no partition. Also advertised craft day for kids and was told they weren't going to have it and that there was plenty of other things they can do to keep busy..

The site is very nice and staff was excellent. It was annoying that extended stay people have taken the prime camping spots. We suggest you give extended stayers a nice spot but not the few prime spots so sort timers have a choice of the best spots as well.

the park lived up to all expectations. had a pleasant experience despite the heat. no problems experienced. would recommend to others. no complaints whatsoever. what more is there to say, but thank you .

We have visited many of the TT resorts in the southwest...this place is absolutely the best. Nice clean facilities that have been thougtfully update and genuinely cared for. With the expansion going on, we hope that even more great things are on the way.

It was very nice to see TT finally repair and upgrade this facility. It is also pleasant to see that TT is willing to invest in additional sites for the only TT in Arizona rather than Encore where they usually invest. Membership in TT has been getting to be less and less of a value.

We were Passport America members and have traveled extensively in the SW using them. Encore Resorts seem to have an issue communicating this relationship to their various parks because just making the reservation was a painful process. Once we arrived (a few minutes before noon as that was the earliest check in time), we were told that because we were getting a significant discount, that remaining 50amp sites were going to be held for Thousand Trail members. This certainly isn't the way to entice potential members. Overall the park was clean, but dated. The restrooms were clean and fully operational, but again, well worn. The dog run was kept clean and well fenced. The location is easy to access from 17, and certainly would work if you were passing through. However, due to the lack of respect we received as Passport America members, we won't be going back.

Beautiful resort and great staff. Gorgeous views! Verizon signal is terrible so plan accordingly. No free WiFi through the camp but good WiFi at the clubhouses. Nice winery next door - definitely worth a trip over.

We were very pleased with the overall approach to check in, the site, the entire campground, and the attention to detail with any questions. Once we learned to navigate the map (s), it will give us more opportunities when we return for another stay. All of the staff members we meant and spoke with were great. Congratulations on 50 years of doing it right.

It's by far the best RV park in the Verde Valley, real clean and well kept landscaping. The pool and lodge are really nice, we been playing miniature golf. Any way it's so nice we decided to stay and make it home. Your away from the city, but still close enough to run there if you need something
