We’ve designed every detail to enhance your stay, from trendy West Elm furniture to a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The living room features a massive 98" TV and a sleek 100" linear fireplace, perfect for cozy movie nights.
Step outside to your private backyard oasis with a BBQ grill, lawn chairs and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. There is a new hot tub under a louvered pergola. Chose to close the top for shade or open it for a dark starry night. This backyard is the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking or exploring Sedona. The side yard has been converted into a large kids play area with a play structure and outdoor games for all ages!
Dining: There is an indoor dining table that seats 8 and has indoor dinnerware provided. Additionally, there is an outdoor table that seats 8 for those desiring to dine al fresco. Outdoor dinnerware provided as well.

Stayed here for a long weekend with family. The home was thoughtfully equipped with everything we might need. All the rooms were clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Location is great and quiet. Three friends and I rented Matt's house for a mountain bike week. The layout is perfect. Garage is large enough to store the bikes. Convenient to the trails, bike shop, grocery store, and shopping. Matt answered my texts quickly. I highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed our stay at Matt's home. It was a wonderful home, thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Lots of special touches, including e-bikes in the garage. Communication with the host, Matt, was exceptional. Quick to respond and very accommodating. It was easy to find, centrally located, and very comfortable. We lacked nothing. Highly recommend. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Sedona!
We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property! The house is spacious and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, which made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. The location is ideal. It's close to all the major attractions in Sedona but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private.
We loved how easy it was to explore the area. The house is just a short drive from popular spots like Red Rock State Park, where we spent time hiking.
The home had everything we needed. It had comfortable furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy the surrounding beauty.
My family and I had a memorable trip and highly recommend this property!
