Clark's Market & Pharmacy, our local grocery store is across the street. There are several golf courses within a 5-minute drive. You will find some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails in the World within a few minutes' drive. At the end our Road, you can find Oak Creek. Oak Creek winds through Sedona's magical red rocks providing opportunities for bird watching, photography, fun creek swimming, or a cool shady picnic under a Cottonwood or Sycamore tree. Wine Country in the Verde Valley AVA (American Viticultural Area) is 20 minutes away in Page Springs, where you can tour wineries, have a glass, buy a bottle, and fine dine. The condo itself is all one level and we have a private balcony that has a mountain view and is partially sunny and shady, depending on the time of day. The beautiful trees in the foreground host multiple bird species.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
