Welcome to Sedona! The Windmere House combines luxury, privacy, and stunning views. This single story 3900 sqft luxurious house has a BRAND NEW backyard featuring a heated salt water swimming pool (pool heating available for additional fee), new landscaping, spa, firepit with built in bench, BBQ grill, stunning red rock views including an impressive view of the famous Cathedral Rock. The front of the house has a outdoor fireplace with seating. The front of the house faces the famous Chapel of the holy cross and the back of the house faces the iconic Cathedral rock. Views are simply stunning.

Location

The Windmere House is situated in a great location just across the street from the famous Chapel of the Cross. You have views of the Mystic rocks, Cathedral Rock, and Courthouse butte. The house is located in a very quiet, private neighborhood. Away from all the hustle and bustle yet just 2.5 miles from Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village and 2 miles from Elote Cafe.

Living Room

Enjoy stunning views from the living area! The house features a spacious open floor plan with views all around. The living room has a 65” 4k smart TV . There is also a gas fireplace.

Dining Area

The dining area is open to the living room and kitchen. Our dining table sits 10 people.

Kitchen

Our large kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is loaded with kitchenware. Also, great views from the kitchen. You have a perfect view of the Cathedral Rock in front of the sink. The kitchen has a 4 slice toaster, blender, microwave oven, coffee makers, a fully stocked pantry, salad bowls, wine glasses, cheese grater, electric water kettle, magic bullet, and much more.

Bedroom and Bathrooms

All bedrooms have Nest Bedding Alexander Signature Beds, 3 Cal Kings and 2 Queen size. We use top quality bedding.. Each bedroom has a 4k smart tv with all the channels.. Top quality towels are provided in each bathroom. Our bathrooms come with shampoo, conditioner, soap,

Pool and hot tub: We provide plenty of pool toys, floaties, and life vests for the whole family to enjoy. The pool is salt water.

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We will only book to those who respect the neighborhood and neighbors.
