Location of the resort is optimal for walking or getting to any restaurant or shopping. Lighting along sidewalks and stairs is almost non-existent so bring a good flashlight. The flashlights provided are not that bright. Accommodations are nicely laid out and easy to use just like home. Activities are easy to access and are kept clean and ready.

Great fun for kids Good activities for all. Spectacular view from pool and most rooms. Very quiet. We all slept well. Although there are lots of great restaurants nearby, you can economize by getting provisions at nearby groceries. Barbecue is set up for time you request. Well equipped kitchen. Only thing we could have used was tongs for spaghetti and such. So many hiking trails. Big book regarding same in clubhouse.

This is a wonderful property with amazing views, friendly staff and the most convenient proximity to everything in town. I would recommend the Hyatt Pinion Point to anyone who is looking for luxury, class, convenience and an overall incredible experience.

reviewed, somewhat harshly, The Hyatt Residence Pinon Point last May. I stated that upside was possible, and they have achieved all of that. Great job! My review was responded to by the General Manager Jami Champagne. I was invited to contact her should I choose to return. I did. And she responded promptly, a very positive sign. We asked for an early check-in and were accommodated several hours earlier than check-in. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The room was great, one bedroom, full kitchen, dining for 6-8, two TV's, large Fridge, clean and well maintained, double sink bathroom, great linens and very responsive staff. We left feeling relaxed and satisfied. This is all that one could ask of stay in a great property. Jami Champagne gets high marks from me, Thank You Jami, we will be back.

There is so much to see an do. The scenery is gorgeous and Pinion Point is right in the center of all that beauty. The resort fits beautifully into the surroundings that make Sedona so attractive. The 10% sales tax downtown is, however, a tad offputting!

Everything about Pinon Pointe is first class. The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived early after driving from Phoenix and asked if there was a possibility of early check in. We were advised that our room was being cleaned and was offered a key card to access the pool and activity center while we waited. Within 15 minutes, we got the call that our room was ready. The resort's location is within walking distance of Uptown, which is convenient as parking can be tricky. We love that Starbucks and the Wildflower Bread company are only steps away, which has awesome breakfast and lunch offerings. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen, living, dining and large balcony overlooking Snoopy rock. The washer and dryer in the unit came in handy as we hiked every day. The pool and hot tubs are beautiful and the fire pit was where we gathered at night with other Hyatt guests to discuss the days adventures. We loved everything about this resort......and we will be back!

We've stayed at this location many times and have always been pleased. Our balcony faced the shops which I thought might be a distraction but turned out to be interesting for people watching and not too noisy. And, of course the bonus was looking at the Red Rocks. The fireplace is a nice touch where you can obtain ambience and warmtj with a flick of a switch. Next time, though I will need to ask for a closer unit to parking and fewer stairs as my husband's disabilities continue to deteriorate.

Went back to the desert after many years. Love this resort! Recommend for a relaxing rest and catching up with family and friends. Piñon Pointe is well placed at the center of Sedona and very walkable if you can handle hills and stairs.

This resort is lovely. The grounds are well maintained and it is centrally located from restaurants and shopping. You can walk to many places. The only thing preventing a 5 star review is the standard room . It is clean and comfortable but not luxurious.

The balcony views were amazing, as was the pool area, location was close to lots of great shops and restaurants, we enjoyed the grounds. Our room seemed older, not kept up great, kind of dirty, some lights didn't work, balcony screen kept coming off, etc.
