The room had a distinct odor that burned our eyes and was uncomfortable. We had to close the bedroom doors to isolate it to the living areas We also encountered roaches in the room

Loved, loved, loved this place. More than we expected! My wife love the room and thought the fitness center was very nice! To be unexpectedly wowed was a neat feeling. One thing though...if you check in after dark and they offer you a flashlight to navigate, take it! Due to Sedona’s low light ordinance, the place is pretty dark in areas. You’ll be glad you did!

Great location . Beautiful surroundings . Difficult to move around up and down stairs outside in the dark

Best location. Quiet. Really enjoyed. Cliff was extra great.

It boggles the mind they have rooms/apartment located *below* the level of the parking lot. Like a dungeon or 4th class passengers on the Titanic. They put us in such a room despite booking more than a month ahead - did not accommodate the request to move to a better room (like, you know, above ground).

We did not get to hotel until 7:30 pm and the first check in was fine but then they send you to another person who wants to sell you a timeshare. We just wanted to get our room key. For such beautiful grounds and room we thought the bed would have been much more comfortable. The room was fantastic, the patio and the views were amazing, pool was great.

Great location and very accommodating, responsive staff. The staff at the hotel were quick to help us with whatever we needed, whether it was helping us set up a DVD player or find resources on local hiking trails.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night and found the rooms to be clean but small. If you are staying more than one night, I would suggest a larger room.

This is completely unacceptable and I'm so sorry that happened during your stay. I've passed this information to a manager and hopefully they will be able to reach out to you. We appreciate your feedback.
