This beautiful home is conveniently located 275 feet from the Sugar Loaf Trailhead and some of the most well-known hiking/biking spots in all of Sedona. A few of the numerous nearby landmarks include Chimney Rock, Thunder Mountain, Coffee Pot Rock, and the Keyhole Cave. From here you can also enter the expansive Red Rock-Secret Mountain Wilderness. Our home has been lovingly outfitted and updated with convenience in mind and your experienced host will be available at all times. This gorgeous home is the perfect home base for your Sedona getaway! The split floor plan and numerous updates offer privacy and comfort for all. Inside our home you will find all new furniture, new Sealy mattresses in all bedrooms, a fully equipped remodeled kitchen, a cozy electric fireplace, two new 55 inch Smart TV's, and a full coffee station (drip, K-Cup, French press). To keep everyone entertained we have provided fast wifi, DIRECTV's Choice package, free Netflix, an NES Classic with over 2000 classic games, along with board games and puzzles. The private fenced backyard is perfect for relaxing with a hot tub and fire pit for those chilly nights. The covered front porch offers seating for six with amazing views of Chimney Rock and Thunder Mountain. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona. Centrally located West Sedona offers a large number of fantastic restaurants from pizza and diners to fine dining, wine bars, and steakhouses. Perfect home for Sedona visit

We are four gals who have been friends for 53 years. We celebrate ‘big’ birthdays in special places and Sedona was our pick. The home was perfect for us - clean, well equipped, spacious, comfortable, contemporary. (Even has a regular drip coffeemaker and a Kuerig, so different coffees at the same time for coffee drinkers.) Easy to negotiate a variety of streaming choices on large flatscreen. The backyard was so pleasant; private, complete with hot tub, shade, and birds at the birdfeeder. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and one block from a network of hiking trails. There is a neighborhood brewery within walking distance! It is easy to find and easy to drive to anywhere, north or south of town. And best of all, the host is very responsive.

Great Location / Easy Stay

Great location near the trailhead. Also close enough to quickly get whatever you needed from town but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and comfortable. Everything was a breeze and didn’t have to worry about anything for the whole stay. Kids loved the hot tub which was an added bonus.

Wonderful getaway in Sedona!

My family and I loved this house. It’s so close to trailheads that you can walk from the house to the Sugarloaf trailhead that takes you to many trails including the keyhole cave and tincup trail, even to solders pass if you’d like! There was a hot tub, plenty to do outside and the inside is stocked. We loved this house and look forward to coming back again!

My wife, teenage son and I stayed in this home for a few nights over Spring Break. It is only a two minute walk out the front door to miles of great trails. The neighborhood is quiet and only a 2 minute drive from numerous restaurants.

This is a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. Please read the property description as it is exactly as advertised! The property comes complete with all that we needed for an enjoyable getaway in red rock country. The host thought of everything - even supplying bottled waters, great for taking along on hikes.As great as this property is, the best part is dealing with the host, Chris. We had an unexpected travel issue that delayed our arrival. We contacted Chris to make him aware. His act of kindness in response to our travel woes was greatly appreciated and will definitely be remembered. Thank you again Chris!We highly recommend this place, and hope to return again soon.

Unbelievable everything!!

From the second, we stepped into the home I was blown away. It was not only so beautiful, it was clean and very well appointed. We cooked there and that kitchen was amazing. We walked around the neighborhood. We loved the hot tub. We went hiking the following day and were just steps away from the trailhead. They even thought to have backpacks and other things we would need for our hike. I was seriously so impressed. The entire experience was beyond all of my expectations. Thank you so much. We’ve already talked to my sister-in-law and her husband to join us on another trip soon!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient to trailhead. Host provided plenty of water for hiking which was much appreciated. Primary shower was difficult getting in and out, however, secondary bathroom had another shower. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

It was wonderful. Check in/out was super easy. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and extra sheets etc. They also provide backpacks and other items for hiking, such as water bottles and walking sticks. You really are just steps away from the trailhead and a short drive to other places as well. Nice quiet neighborhood. If we go back to Sedona (which we plan on because it’s so beautiful) we would definitely book with them again.

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It is such a clean comfortable home. It has a very inviting backyard as well. Girls trip to Sedona and the property was absolutely amazing! The home is beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you could ever want and more, AND is in the most perfect location! Walkable distance to hiking trail, short drive to shops and restaurants. Gorgeous back patio with hot tub too. LOVE!

Sedona family vacation

Property was the perfect location and size for our family of 4. Great neighborhood super close to hiking and only a short drive to downtown Sedona. Owner thought of everything, from hiking poles and packs, coolers, water shoes, and water for hiking. Would definitely recommend and stay again if our travels take us back to Sedona.
