Staff was so friendly and made me feel like an old friend. The rooms were obviously lovingly cleaned, and signs were very easy to find to navigate the large building. Pool was huge and warm. Plumbing needed improvements but that’s nothing that the staff could fix without corporate inclusion

Noise

They put noisy people with young kids partying by me then apologized for the excessive noise. But then the very next night put party across the hall again. Then the next night let a drunk belligerent man check in next door. I had to call the front desk 4 times during my stay for excessive noise. I traveled out of state on business and paid good money for a suite. I had not 1 full night of sleep.I will not recommend to my business partners.

It was clean. They did not provide a sheet for the pull-out bed when we asked for one we were told that there was one in one of the drawers. We searched and nothing. Told them again and never got a sheet.

Beds and pillows are great, super comfortable. I was awoken at 6:30 am by a couple screaming at each other and a dog barking. I was told that there are people staying there that are overflow from the homeless shelter. That's great that they offer this to the needy but with around 10 total rooms booked in the hotel, why was I on the third floor just a few rooms away from them.

Amazing stay and people

We love staying here. The breakfasts are amazing. Sausage gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, juice, cereal, milk, bread for toast, muffins, danishes, yogurt, bagels, cream cheese. They make sure it is always clean

You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy, nothing horrible. Except the dark pot hole filled parking lot. When we pulled in we thought the hotel was vacant. The front desk woman was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and decently comfortable. They had a hair dryer which was a plus.

The staff was outstanding, they were friendly, helpful, and professional. It was like staying with a old friend. The only thing was the pot holes in the parking lot.
