I had a really nice stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the place itself was clean and well-kept. The location was perfect for me since I was in town for a show at the Paramount Theatre—it’s just a short walk away. I did try to get some work done in the common area before catching my train home, but it was a bit noisy and hard to concentrate. There are a few spots in the neighborhood that might be better suited for working if you need a quiet space. Overall, a pleasant stay with great staff and a convenient location.

The service/front desk folks were great and room comfy and clean. Only issue is the self-parking is pricy at $42 a night and a resort fee $25 for WiFi. It’s a little tricky finding the building as it’s right under the rail tram and split lanes. Would stay again.

The entire staff was abundantly welcoming. They provided us free bikes, answered all our questions, and even held our bags after we checked out while we waited for our flight. The bedding was luxurious. The robes were the most comfortable I've ever worn. I'm going to book at Staypineapple whenever the city I'm going to has it.
