The staff were the best (the highlight), the breakfast had lots of options, and the room was clean. Loved the pull out bed design, it was super comfortable. The workout room was also very good. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice. The TV was placed in an odd location and was awkward to view from the bed or the sofa so we didn't use it. Lots of parking that was easy to access, but the parking spots are placed at an odd angle and seemed smaller than usual but maybe it was the angle that was the issue.

I wish they would have housekeeping even with a 1 night stay. It wasn't offered and they didn't say we wouldn't get it (although it may have been posted somewhere and we didn't see it). I just think when you're staying in a hotel housekeeping makes it special.

I was very disappointed to discover 2 charges that were not disclosed online. 1st is a ridiculous charge for parking in Issaquah. 2nd was a daily resort fee. I will not be staying at Springhill again.

Great stay

Our unit was very clean, nicely updated and was decent sized for our family of four. We appreciated the large closet. Our only recommendation would be for a nightlight in the bathroom. The bathroom door is somewhat translucent, which means anyone using the bathroom during the night wakes up everyone in the room with the brightness. Breakfast bar had GF options and a beautiful area to sit. We would definitely stay here again and just pack our own nightlight.
