Our Property:
☀ Welcome to our cozy Ballard retreat! This loft-style private studio in our townhouse features soaring 16-foot ceilings, walls of windows, and 550 sq. ft. of bright, thoughtfully designed space. Enjoy the privacy of your own studio while knowing we’re nearby if you need anything. There is a connecting door between our spaces, but it remains locked at all times.

☀ Settle in and sleep comfortably on our guest-favorite queen bed, with a memory foam rollaway twin and sofa bed available for extra guests. Room-darkening shades and blackout curtains help you recharge after a day of Seattle adventures.

☀ We are conveniently located on a main road, making it easy to explore Seattle, but you may hear traffic noise. For light sleepers, we provide ear plugs, a sound machine, and blackout curtains. If you are highly sensitive to noise, please keep this in mind before booking.

☀ For security reasons, we may request valid government-issued identification when suspicious or spam booking requests are received.

☀ Fuel, flammable, or combustible liquids are not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property.

☀ For the safety and comfort of our guests and neighbors, only registered Vrbo guests are permitted on the property. Commercial activities—including content creation, filming, photography, events, or business use—along with unregistered visitors, gatherings, and repeated late-night arrivals/departures are not allowed. Please respect quiet hours.

☀ 7/9/26 Update: Construction may begin on the lot next door this summer (not yet started). If it begins, work is expected during standard weekday hours. We provide ear plugs, a white noise machine, and noise-reducing curtains to help minimize disruption.
