Excellent Space and Service

Fun and Easy

Property is in a great location, such a fun neighborhood, but it was still quite and peaceful at the property. Management is super responsive and so kind. This property is also in a great location to go on day trips in any direction, whether it be to Bainbridge, Vancouver, or the nearby national parks, you can do it all from this location. I highly recommended a stay here.

What a great place to stay in Ballard

This was an amazing property. In an excellent location, this property had everything. The kitchen is great for preparing meals. The rooftop provided a relaxing venue for a quiet evening.

The property was very clean and nice had all the amenities needed i.e. coffee soap shampoo check in was a breeze and getting ahold of the property manager was super easy he would respond in a few mins

Long w/e in Ballard

We spent 4 nights in this wonderful townhouse whilst visiting our daughter. It is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Jacob was very very responsive & helpful. So convenient for dinner & drinks in Ballard, and the Farmers Market too.

Ballard Fun!

This charming home is within walking distance to Ballard's best restaurants, bars, and shops. Impeccably clean and stylish, it’s thoughtfully stocked with all essentials and more. Week long stay for our daughter’s wedding

We had an amazing time at this property! It met all of our family’s needs…and then some! Excellent communication from hosts, house was clean, organized, well stocked, and perfect in every way. Also conveniently located near restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and other businesses. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

We loved this property! The location was within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Ballard, even for our younger kids. We loved the neighborhood playground down the street and stopped there on every walk to town. The location was also within east driving distance of downtown Seattle and some of the other stops we made while in the area like Snoqualmie Falls and Mount Rainier. It was a great central hub and we felt very safe in this neighborhood. The house was well equipped and we appreciated the laundry detergent especially as we only did two loads and it was nice not to have to buy any. There were plenty of dishes and linens. The middle floor was quite warm with no A/C, but I understand that is a common thing in the area and there were also record highs the week we were in town which isn’t a usual thing. The only complaint that I have isn’t the fault of the property owners but I did want to mention that parking on the street was not always easy. It’s a very congested area and we had a small car and still had difficulty finding a parking place near the townhouse some evenings when we got back from our outings. We were usually able to park within a block or two, but I wanted to mention it for others that may not be familiar with the area.

Lovely venue

All our needs were met in this beautiful condo. Simple, beautiful amenities. Lots of stairs which may be an issue for anyone with physical limitations, but the stairs lead to a beautiful private rooftop sitting area. Would book again.

Perfect place to stay

Spent 10 days visiting family after a professional conference. Hardly used our car. So many fun things to do within walking distance. Property was comfortable and spacious. You will get a work out with stairs but worth it. Great with our young adult kids. Everyone could do their own thing and meet up with ease. Highly recommend.

Great house

Great location, lovely modern house. My children were happy and comfortable. The house was very warm it must be well insulated. Lots of staircases making carrying suitcases to the bedroom difficult but that was in the photos. Great place, I would stay again.
