Great clean hotel with very friendly staff. The river views were beautiful!!
The room beds and bedding very nice the room is modern has a great view of the river. The facility is obviously under maintained the pool was cold not heated the Jacuzzi Jets didn’t come on the water in the room was warm but not hot there was an apple left under our bed and a note from a previous stay above the closet staff is obviously stressed… at check-in we were questioned about your service animal a number of times… until we became frustrated and feeling unwelcome and even though our dog has all the papers… made us feel like we were not welcome with our pet even though they claim to be pet friendly? The fire outside by the river is beautiful the setting is perfect right off of Broadway easy to get to everything in Seaside… very nice hotel but not well managed at this time we stayed before in the past and we tried again in the future to see if it had improved…

Very clean and comfortable beds and bedding. Modern decor and lots of accommodations for your charging of electron it gadgets, we paid a few dollars more to get the Riverview it was worth it... cookies in the evenings and free breakfast included with Sweet Rolls was a plus for the family. Great place to stay the only negative is the pricing at $335 a night however with Covid and the back log of people who are getting out of their homes after Covid at any cost!!! the pricing is on par with other hotels on the beach here in Oregon. Will stay here again but probably off season and after the bottleneck of people start to slow just to get a better rate. But the hotel is really nice!!!!

The hotel was nice inside. My room had hair on the floor in my bathroom, so that wasn't pleasant. The free breakfast is so worth it. Their food is pretty good. The people working there seemed really nice, and made sure to multi-task without any issues. I would stay there again. Its close to a lot of shops and food, so walking around was easy too.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful would definitely recommend this hotel
