Cleaners were loud, yelling and laughing just outside room at 0930 in the morning. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and the fireplace did not work- the maintenance man said he didnt know about it and left without telling my husband if he would be back. Manager couldnt help us either. That was one of the reasons we got the room we did, and the view, accessibilty. Found there was an elevator there after we checked in. Too expensive for what we got.

The location was perfect! Loved the room size and the view of the ocean. It's a bit worn, dated and could use some updating. The paint on the inside of the main door was peeling and the door jam had dents etc. But the room was clean!
