When you dream of a luxury vacation home on Seabrook Island - this is the one! 3605 Beachcomber Run is a newly constructed, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom private home. This dream island home boasts high-end luxury interiors and the ultimate in outdoor living with a screened porch, multiple outdoor decks, a private saltwater pool and spa, and a beach path from the yard!

The great room is the focal point of the home with soaring, vaulted plank wood ceilings, a huge sectional sofa to accommodate everyone comfortably, and a large HDTV for indoor entertainment. The great room opens to the dining area framed by two large cage style chandeliers and featuring a reclaimed cypress wood table with bench seating for communal dining. The kitchen is a chef's dream with a center island custom crafted from the same reclaimed cypress wood, grey swirl leathered granite counter tops and Jenn-Air appliances with a professional style gas range.

The lower level focal point is the cozy living room with plenty of seating and a large, new HDTV. The warm brick and mortar flooring creates a rustic, farmhouse feel as soon as you enter the home. A wet bar area with wine cooler and ice maker offers convenience for guests enjoying this living space or the pool/spa deck. A powder room is conveniently located off this living room and is the "pool deck" bath.

3605 Beachcomber Run comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 4 luxurious bedrooms. The master suite is upstairs on the main level with a king size bed, high quality Pottery Barn linens, a 32" HDTV with ROKU for those who have their own streaming accounts and an ensuite with leathered granite, separate vanities, a custom tile shower and a clawfoot tub for a relaxing soak! The additional 3 bedrooms are on the lower level of the home. The second master suite features a queen bed, a day bed for relaxing, a 32” TV with ROKU and a private bathroom complete with double vanities with leathered granite and a custom tile shower. Bedroom 3 is appointed with another new king bed with Pottery Barn linens and a TV. The fourth bedroom includes 2 twin beds and one bunk style bed offering sleeping for up to 4 kids. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a beautiful custom bath. The home accommodates 6 adults and 4 children comfortably.

The outdoor living space is a main draw. The private pool whirlpool spa is sure to be a favorite for all families! The pool /spa is not heated during the summer. They may be heated in the fall, winter and spring months for an additional surcharge - please call for details. The home's screened porch is a great area to relax after a day in the sun. The beach path is accessed directly from your yard! The beach is about a 5 minute walk down the path. Your home also features a private elevator for transporting groceries, luggage, and for use by guests with mobility issues.

You have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Private saltwater pool and spa (heated for a surcharge). Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
