Beautiful views and great access to the ocean. This condo was extremely clean and had all the amenities for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay! This property is waterfront with easy access to beach and Seabrook Island club. It conveniently had beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. Mary was wonderful to rent from.

Lovely Beach

Fun to see wildlife: baby sea turtle, armadillo, deer, rabbits, and dolphins. Great location.

Excellent Location, Easy Check-in & Check-out

Mary was a great host. She was quick with clear instructions for check-in. The condo was in great condition, very clean and had an unbeatable location on the beach. We enjoyed daily beach walks and great sunsets. Highly recommend Mary and any of her units.

Great spot

The town house was perfect. Everything sparkling clean and more than well equipped. The beach was right outside the back door . Can’t think of one thing that wasn’t perfect.

Beautiful and relaxing long weekend at beach

This rental was in a perfect spot. Ocean view, few steps from the beach, great amenities, beautiful scenery, and the hosts were friendly and helpful and it couldn’t have been an easier transaction. Will definitely come back, Just hopefully for longer next time!

This is a great location in Seabrook Resort with beautiful views. We watched the sunset nightly from our porch. The area has tons of wildlife and birds to see, too. The condo is very clean and has everything you could need from kitchen to bathroom supplies to have a great stay. Every thing seemed newly updated and modern. We definitely hope to stay here again sometime soon.

Beachfront Gem

This was our first visit to Sea Brook Island and it definitely will not be our last. The Pelican Watch condo was absolutely beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The view and the proximity to the beach was fantastic, and all the nearby shops and restaurants were awesome. Mary was easily available for any questions or concerns. Overall, we had a wonderful a vacation

Amazing house! We stayed here for a family reunion with our large family of 8 adult siblings and all our children (39 people total). There were beds and bedrooms enough for everyone. The number of en suite bathrooms was incredible as well. I loved that there were several different gathering spaces people could hang out in. There were a couple minor plumbing issues while we were there, but they were resolved in an impressively timely fashion.

1316 Pelican Watch

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seabrook Island in 1316 Pelican Watch. The unit was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean. Our host was easy to communicate with. Directions were very clear. We loved the access to the pool/beach and the restaurants. Our view was great and just walking distance to the beach. Highly recommend!

great location

the only complaint is the t.v. situation, could not access netflix or anything due to prior guest wiping out owners info to sign in through, cable would be a better option to have at the location, Hurricane Milton was crossing Florida and it would have been nice to watch the weather and news concerning this however the villa and view are great, lots of steps since it is on the top floor but we all need exercise right?
