Located directly across from the Seabrook Island Beach Club and adjacent to the Seabrook Island Club and Ocean Winds/Crooked Oaks golf courses. From the expansive deck you can enjoy fabulous views of both Ocean Wind's 9th and 18th Greens. Grab your sunscreen and hit the beach to explore the 3.5 miles of sand and surf. Just bring your own boards the condo's stay on the walls! Whatever your favorite activities might be you'll be delighted to start them from here.
Enter this beautifully updated villa and breathe in the salt air! You immediately sense the waves breaking on the shore just beyond your front door. The fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, shaker cabinets and a duo Keurig/Brew coffee maker. The kitchen is open to the dining area with a table and seating for 6. A vaulted ceiling in the living area showcases one of two surfboards and adds to the open feel in the living room area. There is a large sectional sofa and 50" Smart HDTV waiting for you to kick back and relax. Head out the sliders and watch the golfers heading up the 9th and 18th fairways to putt on two greens. The deck area has a large table with seating for 6. Family dinners and memories will be shared here!
The villa has a guest bedroom en-suite. There are two queen beds with seagrass woven head boards, white furniture, ceiling fan and a 42" TV. The renovated bath has tile flooring, a shower/tub combo, and a laundry closet with full size stacked washer and dryer in the vanity area. This bedroom has sliding doors leading to the deck. Enjoy your afternoon cocktails or grab a beach read and sit back in the comfortable seating area. Two lovely rattan couch and two chaises make the perfect conversation spot. The golf course provides an extraordinary setting to watch golfers as well as the abundant wild life on Seabrook Island.
The large master bedroom en-suite is beautifully updated. A king bed sits under the cathedral ceiling. The ceiling fan brings the beach breezes inside. A second surf board is mounted on the wall and there is a 42" TV for your enjoyment. Two swivel chairs are the perfect spot for morning coffee while you plan your day ahead. Sliding doors access the deck. The updated bath has a tiled walk-in shower, marbled counters and a second vanity/dressing area.

Seabrook family thanksgiving
A spacious condo perfect for 4-5 guests. Clean and nicely decorated. A pleasant golf course view was accompanied by the roar of course maintenance equipment each day a 6am, so be prepared to up early. Notwithstanding the early morning noise, the location was wonderful as the complex is directly next to the club house, golf course and across from the beach. The surrounding area is beautiful. Highly recommend.this property

AMAAAZING Villa
Loooved our visit to 2190 Atrium Villas! The property was beautiful! The bedrooms were extremely spacious with fresh, beach decor, the kitchen was well stocked and the large patio provided breathtaking, and peaceful views of the golf course! Everything was exactly as pictured. Being so close to the amenities was a definite bonus. A true gem!

This villa is in a great location close to the beach, pool, restaurants and golf course. The villa is nice with a great deck overlooking the golf course. It is in need of a few upgrades but overall very nice and comfortable.

Perfect Fall Break Getaway
Our family really enjoyed this beach community. Lots of walking, golfing, shopping nearby. It was our first visit to Seabrook Island. The condo is beautiful. Loved the decor. Great private outdoor patio area. We loved it. Thank you for everything.

Great week!
All 4 of us enjoyed the week at your condo on Seabrook! It’s location on the top floor across the street from the beach and the beach club was perfect. It’s a lovely renovated condo. We appreciated the 4 sinks! It’s updated and immaculate with a great deck overlooking the golf courses. We had 6 beautiful beach days, biked, kayaked, played pickle ball a couple nights, enjoyed time on Kiawah and Charleston, and had a lovely sunset cruise. It was a great trip!

This is a great unit. The unit has a nice golf course view and only steps from the beach and pool. The owners choice of white paint for the unit makes it feel very bright and open.
The fixtures and decorations are all in good shape. We look forward to booking this unit again.
