Equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 single, and living room with comfortable double sofa bed (mattress height 18 cm), 2 steps from the port and the historic center, the latter can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes by car or by public transport with stops about 30 meters from the structure and 1 km from the beach.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, ein Supermarkt und zahlreiche Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein großer kostenloser Parkplatz ist ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung bietet neben einer schönen Terrasse mit kleinem Gartenstück, eine Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht auf den Hafen und das Meer. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit einer Kapselmaschine für Kaffee sind ebenso vorhanden wie eine stabile schnelle Internetverbindung und eine Dusche mit ordentlich Wasserdruck. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Checkin erfolgt problemlos und die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist tadellos und ausgesprochen zuvorkommend. Wir können das Appartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen und wünschen allen einen erholsamen und tollen Aufenthalt!

Bel appartement

Bel appartement sur 3 niveaux, propre, toute commodités et hote facilement joignable. mais les photos de l'extérieur sont légèrement differentes de la réalité.(blocs beton devant) De plus il faut mentionner que les week ends la route devant est fermée a la circulation pour laisser place aux restaurants et musique a fond jusqu'à 2h 2h30 du matin. Dur pour le repos. Mais ambiance sympa au milieu des locaux.

Super verblijf!

Het huis was netjes schoon en heeft een heel mooi uitzicht! Het contact met de eigenaar is ook heel prettig. De straat voor het huis was in de periode dat wij daar waren wel rumoerig in de avond doordat er een aantal terrassen waren met harde muziek. Wij hebben dit niet als overlast ervaren omdat het huis behoorlijk geluidsdicht is. Maar wel goed om rekening mee te houden.

Appartamento bellissimo e di gran qualità

L'appartamento si compone di: - un piano terra con soggiorno con divano (che può agevolmente diventare a richiesta un confortevole letto a due posti); - un bagnetto di servizio con WC, lavello e lavatrice; - una cucina molto ben organizzata con lavapiatti; - una camera matrimoniale con scrivania (dove prima c'era una cameretta separata da un tramezzo con un letto singolo); - un bagno completo di tutto raggiungibile dalla camera matrimoniale con tre scalini; - la scala interna porta poi ad un terrazzo sul porto con lettini prendisole, tavolo e poltroncine; - dalla cucina si esce su un bel giardino interno con possibilità di pranzare all'aperto. Siamo stati benissimo e l'host è gentile ed efficiente.

Jederzeit gerne wieder

Ein wunderschönes Haus über 3 Stockwerke verteilt. Sehr, sehr sauber und neu. Ein herrlicher Garten hinterm Haus und eine traumhaft schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Geschirr ist genügend vorhanden. Rechts und links auf der Straße finden sich Bars und ein Restaurant. Zur Stadt selbst, muss man einige Treppen hochlaufen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die super nette Art von Alessandro. Immer hilfsbereit, gibt gute Tipps....Der Checkin lief völlig problemlos. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in geringer Entfernung genügend vorhanden. Mir persönlich fehlt noch ein großer Spiegel, aber hier jammere ich auf sehr hohem Niveau. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit Meerblick

Das Haus hat alles, was ein Ferienhaus braucht und ist in einem modernen und perfektem Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro verlief zuverlässig, problemlos und sehr freundlich. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus in der besonderen Stadt Sciacca sehr empfehlen.

La petite résidence en bleu et blanc

L'accueil d'Alexandre est excellent. Quand à la fin du séjour il nous a demandé ce qui pouvait être amélioré, nous lui avons répondu "RIEN" . En fait il y a un raffinement dans le choix des couleurs qui restent sobres, le duplex est très bien équipé, la vue sur le port depuis toutes les pièces y compris la terrasse est superbe, il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité, pas de problème pour garer la voiture, on aimerait que toutes les annonces publiées par ABRITEL pour la même gamme de prix soient identiques à celle-ci Merci encore à Alexandre, et bonne continuation Bernard et Régine LEGRAND
