Our host was very responsive and the place was clean. Large kitchen was nice, too! Bathroom was a little tight with the laundry machines in it, but for a short stay, it was manageable. Reserved parking spaces adjacent to the building. Be aware of the steep stairs inside to the apartment, but all around good stay.

Our stay at this home was wonderful! It was very clean, towels were plush and bed linens were nice. It was just was just a few blocks from Forsyth Park and walkable distance to restaurants. It was the perfect size for my friend and I; we both had our own bedroom and a nice size living space and kitchen. Parking was adequate and right out side the door. It also had a cute little balcony outside of one of the bedrooms which we used to sit and enjoy the beautiful evening weather. Our host, Chuck was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed our stay so much we are planning another trip here this fall!

I should’ve researched this end of neighborhood. Was quite sketchy and ran down. Police sirens often until 2-4am. Parking was a bit tight with a full size vehicle, and another tenant took up 2 spots, however the property manager was Very easy to get ahold of and assisted with getting ahold of them to move one as each apartment gets 1 spot. The apartment was very cute, very clean, everything we needed was there. Would give it 5 stars if it was in a different area. I’ve been to Savannah 3 times before and never really seen a bad area in historic district so I did not look into that. It seems like the Historic district is a bit more ran down and sadly a lot more homeless people in general.

Clean place with all amenities needed to stay for an extended period of time. Host was responsive and helpful with any questions. A few things to note from my 3 week stay -The bathroom light switch turns the fan on and it is very loud. The dryer in the bathroom is very small so takes several loads to dry any amount of clothing. The road to access the property is more like a back alley that is surrounded by “lower income” apartments. I had several interesting interactions with some of the neighbors but stayed to myself and tried not to spend much time outside of the apartment, other than going to my vehicle or the garbage can. The parking is very limited and there are only 2 parking spots for 3 apartments this host owns. Also, the neighbors would use these private parking spots from time to time, as well as park in the street in front of the apartment blocking the street entirely (it is a one lane street). I was fortunate to always get one of these private parking spots that are designated for the property. To say all of that, it was priced fairly for what you are getting.

Did not stay at this property. The first picture that comes up on a listing is usually the outside of the property. The first pic he has come up is of a different place (he claimed it showed things to do in Savannah) . The neighborhood is dilapidated. There were people smoking weed hanging around. I was traveling with my friend, another woman. Too unsafe looking!

Missing Exterior Pictures
The exterior of this place is not as pictured when you first get in the app or that is their cover page so it's totally false advertisement. This place faces an alley right off of M.L.King blvd. Super noisy Road, on a dirt alley, I wasn't sure my car wouldbesafe. It is right next to an apartment complex with trash cans and trash everywhere. I did not feel safe when we first got there and said something to management, Chuck reassured that it was a safe place to be that it was just an old part of the city. The unit was Bare Essentials. Towels were thin and needed to be replaced. The bathroom fan was so loud, I could barley stand to be in it, but you had no other choice. After hours of walking around we wanted a place to unwind and relax, this wasn't the place to do it. We left a day early.I was so excited to go to Savannah for our first time ever. I took a lot of time or at least I thought I did on finding a place. I think I got confused between the two places I was looking at and didn't read the reviews thoroughly again before booking. Nevering making this mistake again.

Nice Birthday Getaway
Nice girls weekend to celebrate a birthday and the property itself was awesome - cute, clean, perfect amount of space and comfortable beds. The property management was expedient in responses and check-in/out was easy and seamless. The neighborhood was okay; not too aesthetically pleasing, however there are some nice spots and eateries close by. I would recommend this spot for sure.

Nice space
My husband, 2 year old, 8 year old and I stayed here. The house is very nice and it was nice to have designated parking area. You do have to bring the luggage up some stairs but it’s not bad. The neighborhood is alright and is centrally located to the park and restaurants.

Did not stay
This property looked excellent on the review you could look at. It did not show the outside where we had no parking, people were hanging out smoking pot, and overall nasty conditions. Also we were to stay in apartment B, they did not show the warped door going into the bathroom that would not close. Did not feel safe there. However VRBO still took my money, will never book with them again.

The property was a real gem. Loved the bicycles for a quick ride to downtown spots. Was unaware of the stairs to lug up the bags, but not a biggie. Very comfortable setting and good communication with owner. Def will be back!
