Lady in the office was very nice. However, I had booked a non-smoking king room. She said there weren’t any and she could give me a room with 2 beds. I reiterated that I had reserved one. She gave me the key to one on the third floor. Even though it was “non-smoking” it reeked of cigarette smoke and there were two ashtrays on the desk. We didn’t stay and she refunded my payment.
