We had a nice, clean, and comfortable room. The location was close to all the attractions of Savannah such as the hop on and off tour began just a block away. The breakfast was good and had long hours of availability. Other than being required to pay an additional $35 a night for parking, we enjoyed our stay.

Parking situation is a sham. You have to park blocks away in another hotel parking garage if you don't get one of the few spots available at the hotel. The housekeeping staff knocked on our door extremely early every 15 minutes until we checked out. Regardless of the 11am checkout time or us telling them we are not in need of anything. I've never spent this kind of $$ on a room and been rushed out like this before. I won't be staying there again.

Clean room/nice staff/good location for our concert at the arena. The bed was not a memory foam style and we had a barking dog across the hall on the second day. Bring your own pillow!

Our room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was varied every day and always yummy. Coffee and tea available 24/7 in the very pretty lobby. Was within a reasonable walking area of places to eat, River Street, City Market, and trolley.
