Hampton Inn Savannah I95 North2.5 out of 5.0

Hotel was a travel stop while traveling south. It was close enough to I-95 as to not get lost. There were many other businesses around, gas, food and odds and ends. Breakfast was far better than expected. The room was clean and large. Bathroom was larger than expected. Parking was easily accessible to all rooms. Staff was very friendly and responsive. I will stop here again next trip!
Staff was great, the room was clean and quiet and breakfast was out of this world!! Thanks!
The only negative is the traffic at the I-95 interchange. Give yourself 5-10 minutes just to get on to the interstate from the hotel during morning and evening peak hours.
We were on a road trip and decided to make reservations here for one night on route. We got there much later than expected and the staff was very accommodating in giving us a later check out. The housekeepers didn't even knock the door until after the agreed upon check out time. This was right off of i95 so it was really easy to get in and out. The room was clean and staff was great. Breakfast was good too.
We had a nice stay with our dog!! Comfortable and clean!
This property is very busy - a good sign. We asked for a non smoking room but got a room that had been smoked in quite heavily. I asked for a true nonsmoking room, they smiled, typed a bit, and moved me to a very nice nonsmoking room. I love Hampton Inn, service with a smile.
Staff was pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. It was a great location for me but the price seemed high for the area.
This is an exellent stop from Midwest on the way to Florida . Comfortable room good breakfast, friendly staff. Thank you
The hotel was nice & rooms very comfortable. However, if you are visiting Savannah is is about a 30 minute drive and there are no really close resturants other than fast food. About 5 miles away is some shopping and places to eat in Pooler. If I was to visit Savannah again, I would stay closer to downtown.
Clean hotel, big rooms, pet friendly staff. Location is not ideal, however, convenient for a one-night stay as it is close to the I-95.
This hotel is nothing amazing, but it was a pleasant stay. It seemed clean and quiet, and the free breakfast was better than a lot of hotels. The drive is a little longer to Savannah than I expected.
Great place right off I95 and close to Savannah. Yummy breakfast! Helpful staff. Up to Hampton standards.
Staff very friendly and helpful Clean rooms and breakfast was an added plus
Room was pretty good except for the bathroom. Tiles in stand-up shower were a little dirty. Beds are so comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was very good!
Good hotel. Easy drive into Savannah. Would stay here again. Good value for money.
We were very pleased with this motel. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was always hot and a nice variety. This is the first time that I booked through Orbitz and I was very pleased with the price. Great value for our money.
GOOD PLACE TO STAY.
We visited Savannah for a total of five days, three in the Historic District, and two touring the outlying area. The Hampton was in a great location for access to everywhere, rates were good, and the staff above average. I would stay there again with no second thoughts.
the only complaint was that the front desk staff wasn't very friendly; they were curt (not courteous)and seemed as if we were a nuisance when we were checking in. there was some dog barking through the halls, but being "dog people" we are happy that the hotel is dog friendly and didn't mind the barking so much. everything else about this hotel is a+.
We loved the Hampton Inn. It was the first time we stayed at a Hampton Inn and we will definitely stay there again. The continental breakfast was great. It included hot and cold items. All the staff were friendly and talkative. We didn't use the fitness room or the pool, but both looked very clean and inviting. The room we booked was not the room we got and the two nights we were there, they were booked so we were unable to change rooms. The room we stayed in was fantastic, but we had requested a king size on the first floor with a fridge and microwave and got double beds on the second floor with no fridge or microwave. The last morning of our stay there was a $25 credit to our bill for their mix up without us ever saying anything to them other than at check-in. Great service. The AC was very cold as well and we never ran out of hot water. We were 7 miles from our location for half the price of what they charge you in the historic district. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler in the area.
