We were tired & weary yet pleasantly suprised by our greeting and service at check in. Huge kudos to Bianca the night desk clerk. What a great personality, attentive & efficient. She even held the doors as we pulled the luggage cart through. Room was clean, and other than a broken counter faceplate in bathroom (cosmetic only) no complaints at all.
No problems with this property. Clean, safe and convenient. Close to I 95 with restaurants and small shopping mart close by. The bed was comfortable, good TV, and a refrigerator provided in the room. I would stay again.
After rolling into to town without room reservations, our hotel of choice was booked full. We spotted the Quality Inn next door and headed over for a look. We were greeted by a friendly and professional staff, and surprised by the appealing amenities and comfortable room. The hotel was quiet and clean, well stocked, and we arrived at check-out the following morning rested, well fed, and ready to continue our journey. I would recommend this facility without hesitation.
This place was horrible!!! The rooms smelled, the heat/air conditioning unit did not work at all, the pillow cases had stains on them...I could go on and on. The other occupants were coming and going, slamming doors and screaming all through the night into the early morning hours. It took nearly a half hour to get checked in! The only pleasant thing I can say is that the woman working the front desk was courteous.
Because of the recent hurricane there were very few hotel rooms available in the area. We were travelling thru on the way back to Florida, it was late, we were tired, it was the only room we could find. I have never experienced such unsanitary conditions in all my years of travel. Dirt on the wall next to the bed and near the bathroom light switch that could easily have been cleaned off with a little soap and water (see pics) Bed skirts torn and dirty, cobwebs on walls, lampshades badly stained. Conditions so bad that I wrapped my pillow in a towel rather than lay my face on it. Didn't even make use of the free breakfast because of the unsanitary conditions in this hellhole. To make matters worse, I believe they were price gouging due to the hurricane, cost me $150 for the night!
After driving for 6 hours and being 7pm at night my wife and I decided to pull over and get a good nights sleep. Boy are we glad we picked this place. From the moment we walked in to the time we checked out they made us feel like we were the only guest there. The rooms are very clean, the staff was awesome and accommodating. Oh ya a great hot breakfast too... A must stay at....
My family (3 and 5 yo, 2 small dogs and husband) stopped here for a quick overnight on our ride home. Here's a quick review: Pros: Close to 95 Nice front desk clerk at 2:30am Room wAs over all clean Allowed dogs for $20/pet/night Pool itself was clean Breakfast was decent Cons: Pool deck has cigarettes all over despite 3 ash trays No towels at pool, had to ask front desk and wAs given 2 for 4 people Pool deck needs a paint job (not a big deal) Room was warm and kinda smelly (it was a pet friendly room but it needs a carpet clean) Biggest CON!!! The bed spreads (gross, who still has those?!) had cigarette burns on them and the room smelled of smoke despite being a non smoking room. Why they even put the bed spreads instead of throwing them away I have no idea. Sheets were clean and rest of bed all white.
This Quality Inn is really nice and in a very good location. The staff that works here are very friendly and helpful and an extra thanks to Britany in housekeeping because she is going to look after my dog for me that is not being able to walk right now. The rooms are very clean and bed is comfy. Bathroom is clean and pool is kept up as well. I'm glad we got to come here & stay because where we was currently at we didn't like it. We are in a safe location and that is very important. Thanks Quality for making us feel at home.
Was it the inability to get on the Internet from my room, the decaf coffee not being ready at 6:45 am, or the air conditioner that sounded like a jet plane taking off? The dirty bathroom floor or only getting two towels? This hotel needs help. We will never stay here again. The evening staff was very friendly and helpful.
The knobs on the AC were broken so the room was unbelievably hot. The toilet wasn't secured to the floor and wobbled. The bathroom is so gross we couldn't wait to leave. The breakfast ran out at 7:20am (it's supposed to go until 10) and nobody was making new food. When I checked out and mentioned all of the problems nothing was done to adjust our bill and the clerk even acknowledged that the maintenance guy hasn't gotten around to fixing that room. If that was the case, why give it to someone? This place is a complete dump and waste of money.
