Located on beautiful, historic Gaston Street, this spectacular 3 bedroom home has been fully renovated top-to-bottom for a truly luxurious experience. The rich hardwood flooring, crown molding, and high ceilings are complimented with sophisticated-yet-comfortable furnishings, creating an inviting space for guests to relax. In true Savannah style, you’ll enter this home on the “second” floor to find an opening living and dining space, perfect for entertaining! The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a conveniently located TV you can watch while cooking or enjoying your coffee. Just off of the kitchen is a sitting room with double glass doors leading to a private back porch overlooking the courtyard.

Upstairs you’ll find three roomy, bright, and stylish bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable king bed and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. With two twin beds and a chalkboard, the second bedroom is perfect for children. The shared bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and waterfall shower head. The primary bedroom features a king sized, four poster bed, an en suite with a shower and tub, and an envy-worthy walk-in closet.

Beautiful home with great location

This is a beautiful well maintained property walking distance to the downtown parks. There is a grocery nearby and a fully stocked kitchen which made cooking easy. It was also 28 minutes to Tybee beach so you can easily spend the day at the beach.

Beyond our expectations

What a way to end a pandemic. Two couples and my husband and I wanted to celebrate our vaccinations and get out of our houses. We chose Savannah because we all loved our past experiences in this beautiful city. We never expected to stay at such a perfect home. Beyond the photos!!! The high ceilings. The beauty of the home. The huge amount of space. The cleanliness. Amenities. Parking and location were a key and we walked everywhere. If we were not traveling to South Carolina we would not have needed a car. The property management was excellent to deal with and easy to contact. We are already talking about next year.
