I returned to savannah to attend to family matters. After changing hotels to the courtyard I was able to better enjoy my stay in savannah in comfort. Loved the great friendly staff.

We arrived at 11pm and a major clean up of some kind was in progress on the lobby level. It appeared that there had been a flood. Our second floor room smelled dank and was very tired looking. The bathroom showed evidence of water damage and rust/rot around the base of the door. Overall, depressing and not inexpensive. On the upside, the staff was great and the location perfect for us.

The Courtyard was amazing for the price and in a great location. Within walking distance to many great restaurants and attractions.

Convenient location. Valet parking and breakfast are extra. Staff was excellent and very friendly.

Very friendly staff. Not too far from River Street which made it easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Close to Bay Street and lots of the activities

Concierge was exceptional. Housekeeping and lobby staff helpful.

Location great, hotel was nice but the room's AC unit was load.

Still have a issue with the hotel in charging me twice for my stay. Would have hoped the General Manager would have called me to resolve this issue after 3 days of calling him. This is a concern that all travelers should be concerned about while staying at any hotel. This issue has made the wonderful stay not worth the stay.

I stayed for a day only, they accomodated it me before check in hrs since i arrived there earlier than expected which was great after a 7 hr drive !! the room was clean, they have comfortable beds and sheets, good staff service, until my check out they were too busy to acknowledge me I mean it wasn't necessary for me to stop and tell them I was checking out i know!!! but overall i am satisfied would absolutely recommend it!!!

A decent hotel in a short walking distance to city market and historic areas. We stayed here for several nights and were treated very kindly by the staff whilst enjoying the hotel amenities. A nice sitting area, two, in fact, one inside, one out, were very nice to relax in after a day of sight seeing. A small pool was a bonus for our toddler, and wifi was strong throughout the hotel. Valet parking is $18 a day but it is a convenience in the city. The hotel is across the street from the visitor's center and only a ten minute walk to city market shops and restaurants. For the price, we would stay here again, and have no trouble recommending this hotel.

Happy with the location, staff , rooms and swimming pools. Walking distance to riverfront and historic district. Would stay at this hotel again.

frist time in sannanh great experince great food good site seeing

Great gotten close to school and walking distance from everything

very disappointing, far from most attractions and tours

Great family getaway. Always welcomed back to hotel when we returned. Lady and sons was some awesome food.

Really nice staff who went out of their way for us. Good location and clean bedroom.

This is a nice, clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of Savannah. Short walk to some museums (train, history, and kids), St. John the Baptist church, civic center and SCAD a short pedi-cab ride to the river front. Pool and courtyard are very nice and there is a bar for happy hour - although the Distillery across the street is a better spot for a drink. A fairly good continental style breakfast was included in our price. Nothing spectacular but also nothing bad about it would stay here again.

We had never been to Savannah so decided to take a side trip from our itinerary to Florida. Very quaint and historic. We enjoyed the tours and seeing the historical significance of the area. The Marriott Courtyard was a nice hotel. Staff was friendly, especially the hostess in the dining room. I wish I could remember her name. The room was clean but I think it could have used a little extra attention. The valet staff seemed to be a little confused about their procedures and where cars were parked. Overall I would recommend the hotel to others.

Really enjoyed our stay. Mrs. Small at the front desk was so helpful in getting our room before scheduled check in. She provided us recommendations to eat within walking distance. The hotel had everything we needed & we were able to walk to all the sites. We will be back.

We were driving through Georgia on our way to Florida but Savannah was a must stop and stay destination. The Courtyard by Marriot was easy to find, off the main tourist area, great walking distance to the river and restautants. We only had the afternoon and evening to see the sites in Historic District of Savannah. The hotel staff was very friendly and informative. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will stay there again.
