Room was clean. Very noisy. Outside and above. Breakfast was ok. Guy at the front desk played on his phone all morning, ignoring everyone. Lady doing the breakfast and coffee was working very hard and was nice.

The staff was amazing but for a hotel that was a year old things were broken and run down! Breakfast was pretty poor too, only biscuits and gravy were hot and the other items weren’t very nice looking.

Room was clean, had a couple minor shortcomings, like lights not working, no DND sign to signal cleaners that we were still in the room, hairdryer was broken. We went to eat breakfast at 8 am and there were no eggs or sausage. We knocked on the kitchen door and they said they would fix some, first eggs and then sausage; we waited ten to fifteen minutes not really knowing so we ate hard boiled eggs and yogurt. It was okay, but not great.
