The check in was fine, the lobby decor is nice, gym looked ok (I didn’t use it or go in). I brought my 100lb Rottweiler & 55lb Husky on a road trip and dropped in here for the night. They put us in room 128. The room decor is way less appealing vs. the modern look of the lobby. The room lights didn’t turn on when we walked in and flipped the switch, I had to navigate the dark to find switches that did work. The lamp in between the two beds. I loop realized later as I woke up to a dim flickering light bulb

The mattress was excellent, and isn't that the most important thing? Everything that was wrong with the room and bathroom could be remedied with paint, caulk, and a new shower head. Breakfast was solid -- a couple of hot options, a waffle iron, instant oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt. The staff were great.

My biggest concern was that there was no safe in the room. Also, no hairdryer. The toiletries were sparse, not enough for 2 people, tiny bottles that were opened and partially empty. Bath towels looked like rags left over from the 1950s

I was get charged additional fee for my ESA dog at the hotel after i checked out but i show ID registration under federal law and ID of my dog from KCA and i have my certificate and license service dog i ask the front dest before i check in they said there no charge but not i get notification from my bank i get charged.
