Generally, a nice room - spacious. Three towels for four people.Check-in knew we had four people. They should’ve said there are only three towels provided - is this enough? First night impossible to sleep on the wires poking through the mattress of the pullout couch. Also no top sheet nor thick mattress pad provided or warm blanket.The “egg carton” mattress topper - wasn’t a huge improvement. Buy a new mattress for the couch. At least our room was not near the loud 24 seven lousy music outside the elevators like last year. Turn it off. Breakfast was good though.

Room was clean but the sofa was weirdly stained...only kind of gross. Everything else was great. Also, we've had lots of hotel breakfasts and yours was one of the best.

We always choose to stay at this hotel when we visit Saratoga. However we found dog poop in our room, which led me to believe that they may be lacking in cleanliness. We notified the staff and they cleaned it up but I was still disappointed.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was clean, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly. Thank you for the welcome drink and snack package as well. I also had the cod dish at the hotel restaurant for dinner, which was delicious. And the breakfast the next morning was fantastic. It's the best hotel I've stayed at recently among those of a similar standard. I want to go back again!
