The house was really spacious and had lots of areas to eat and relax. The main TV was huge and easy to connect our iPad so we could watch movies, Netflix etc. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils/plates etc. for our needs, (although we would recommend the owners supply coasters for drinks and plates.)The pool was amazing and we made efforts to get back from sightseeing early to spend time in the pool. Our driver really appreciated the property being close to local restaurants so he could have a drink. Libby's, Serving Spoon, Origin, Gecko's, Southside Deli and 1818 Grill were all excellent places to eat. The host supplied text communication option that worked really well and they responded very quickly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.....10 out of 10.

Off Tropic was amazing for our one week stay. Many restaurants and a market within a short walk. Britney our host was amazing, she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The home is actually better than what is shown on VRBO, the place was extremely clean and well equipped with all you need for your stay. Many Thanks, Ronnie and Kathy

We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is absolutely amazing and exceptionally clean, making it a great place to relax and unwind. There were just a couple of minor drawbacks. The alarms on every door leading to the pool became a bit of a nuisance, especially since there's no way to disable them when coming back into the house from the pool area. Also, while the kitchen is beautiful and clearly designed with care, it could be better stocked. This was our 14th vacation home rental in Florida over the past six years, and it was the first time we've stayed somewhere that didn't provide basic cooking essentials like condiments or spices beyond a small container of salt and pepper.Overall, these were relatively minor inconveniences, and they didn't take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay. We would definitely recommend this property.

Loved this home!

We had a great two weeks at this beautiful home for our Grandsons graduation. The location couldn’t be better to the Van Wezel, Main Street, Siesta Key Beach, and St Armand's Circle, and amazing restaurants. So nice to be walking distance to Morton’s Market, and The Spoon for breakfast, in addition to many shops and restaurants. The home has everything you need. Beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, but we only made a couple meals. After a busy day, it was great to cool off in the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

We can't wait to come back!

We love visiting Sarasota, and this home was absolutely perfect for our vacation. Everyone was wowed by the interior spaces and the private pool; it's simply gorgeous. It has all the comforts of home but better. We were impressed by how clean the home is; bedroom mattresses were high quality, as were the soft linens; plus the kitchen had more than the basics to allow us to cook in and enjoy the screened-in lanai/pool area each evening. Location was perfection, so close to our favorite restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Excellent rental home, 5 very bright stars! Recommend.

WOW!! - Excllent Property & Location

We stayed at Off Tropic for two weeks in August/September and were thoroughly impressed. The property is stunning, spacious, and very clean. Upon entry, you’re greeted by an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. To the left is the impressive primary suite with a large bedroom and en-suite, along with a smaller room with shared access to the bathroom via a Jack-and-Jill setup. On the right, there’s a utility room, a bedroom with two single beds and its own en-suite, another bedroom, main bathroom and an office with a wet bar. The outdoor area features a large pool, whirlpool/hot tub, and plenty of loungers for relaxation. The location is unbeatable—1.5 miles from downtown, with Morton’s Speciality Market, Libby’s, Veronica’s, 1414 Grill, and Legends Sports Bar just 100 meters away. Further along the street is Gecko's and Brady's Bars. Siesta Key and St. Armands are only a 10-15 minute Uber ride away. Publix & CVS are 5 minutes away in the car too. The only minor suggestion would be to swap the double bed with the two singles to give another couple access to the en-suite. The management team was excellent, communicating only when needed and quickly responding to any queries. Overall, Off Tropic was a fantastic stay, and we would 100% return!
