Couldn’t really be more pleased with the loft. It was clean and well maintained. The host was responsive with the only challenge we had. He quickly answered inquiries and was great to work with. His recommendation to walk to the beach was stellar. Only 10 minutes from door to beach. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future. Loved that there were beach towels and a small coolerto take to the beach with us. Thankful to have found this gem.

Convenient and easy!

This is lovely and convenient place just over the bridge to Siesta Key! The place was super clean and had everything we needed to cook a few meals and get a great night sleep – the neighborhood was quiet! The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler bag came in super handy. We really loved the outdoor lights at night! These are great for safety and created a lovely atmosphere. My husband and I rented bikes and were able to leave them locked up right outside with no problems. We biked over the bridge to get to the beach and the Village without a problem. The private parking was a great bonus. We hope to be back soon! Thank you!

We didn’t stay, after we checked in, the toilet backed up, which they did bring a plumber for, but we were broken by then-price point was way too high

It was a quiet area. Do not expect any type of scenic view. There are 16-18 outside steps to go up to the apartment. Not a bad walk to Siesta Key beach unless you’re wanting to carry chairs, umbrella and cooler. We did walk one time and drove the other times. The apartment was fair, could use carpets cleaned, and at least ice trays in the freezer. The owner did respond to messages and even came to make sure we were good.
