Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The pics were not what this was. Very disappointing. Three adults residing in a rental space with a full size bed and a twin size sofa bed was not what we signed up for. We were under the impression from the pics and the description that this was a 2 bedroom with a full kitchen and separate living room where the sofa bed was. We made due because we are siblings but… very offended that we were bamboozled. The lady at the front desk was kind. But we spent an hour trying to figure out the “condo” when it should have been easily recognized from our reservations. And the customer service from Expedia seemed to want to put bandaids on and her is off the phone. Annoying!!
