All 3 TVs were blaring Fox News when we arrived. On the very narrow street there was a lot of construction traffic and foot traffic. The front screened porch was not very usable given this noise. There was a lot of noise outside the unit at the pool and on the street during the night too which made it difficult for some of us to sleep. It was a short walk to the beach which was nice though the beach was very crowded. We ended up leaving a night early and forfeiting our money.

The location was great close to the beach, restaurants, and everything on Siesta Key, but the unit was not very clean. I realize being so close to the beach it is difficult to keep the unit free of sand, but there was an overall musty smell and so mold spots in many areas if the unit, the a/c unit sounded like a jet taking off, and the water pressure in the shower was all most non-existent.

The condo waa super clean, lots of towels for both pool beach and shower. There are beach chairs and even a cooler! Kitchen had coffee and we were able to buy things for the refrigerator. Excellent location to walk to a beach and a short drive to Siesta Key Beach that has free parking. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and 7-11. Easy key code entry. We had an upstairs condo with a big front deck The staff you check in with over the phone and they couldn’t be nicer. Free parking right there! The stay was perfect, I will return!

The room was clean and kitchen area good. The pool area was kept up. Didn’t really meet any staff as everything was done via email except deposit. Upon talking with them she was very pleasant. The beach equipment could use a little updating such as the beach umbrella to withstand the breezes at the beach. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay.

We loved the condo. The distance to the beach was amazing. The wagon and beach chairs that were provided were so nice! The condo was clean and in great shape. The pool/ outdoor area was beautiful! We couldn’t have asked for a better place!

A quiet, comfortable, and clean place close to the beach. Unfortunately, the 10 a.m. check-out time is inconvenient; you have to rush out to meet the check-out time and can't enjoy anything that day. They should consider changing it to at least 11 a.m.

The location is great. Short walk to the beach on a shaded sand trail. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was in very clean, and the entire room was in good condition.

the property itself was wonderful, clean, quiet, safe, friendly. i have no complaints about it at all, but only things need to be change it’s the beach, it’s stinks awful and we couldn’t enjoy it because looked like we were around rotten fish, PLEASE CLEAN A LITTLE BIT MORE THE BEACH AREA!! it’s gross

What a great time!

Great environment, a sneeze away from the beach! The room was clean, totally set up, just had to bring my food! Weird as it seems, this is one of the FEW condos that was EXACTLY as advertised.... Looking forward to going back!

Only a 1- 2 minute walk to the beach and two included parking spaces. The hotel itself was very spacious with a full kitchen and sizeable living room. The pool was nice as well. We also appreciated the towels, beach chairs and wagon. My only complaint is that the beds were terrible! Such hard uncomfortable mattresses and rough sheets.
