La unidad está equipada con una cama de matrimonio, la reina de tamaño sofá cama, 32 "LED TV w / programación de alta definición, y cocina equipada con nevera / congelador, estufa 2 quemadores, horno y encimera, entre otros pequeños utensilios de cocina. La unidad está ubicada a pasos de la playa con acceso a la playa real en toda la calle. Perfecto para el asistente de la playa ávido y para experimentar la vida en la isla de Siesta Key. Would recommend . WiFi was out most of the trip / was told there was an outage that last 3 days … but owner responded to our text messages / just made the down time difficult with no tv and internet with phones But over all a great location and a nice studio condo

Apartment was very clean, had everything we needed including chairs for beach. Location is superb, directly across from the beach access and only a 10-15 minute walk into the hub of siesta Key. Had a lovely stay and would return.

Property as described

Just as described. Right across from public beach access. 20 minute walk to food but a quick 3 min uber ride. Check in was okay, just a few communication issues with early check in. We paid extra to check in @3, arrived around 2-230 and messaged property manager on the way to the room from the airport asking if we could get in before 3pm, so we are not waiting outside with all our luggage. Manager replied as we are pulling in driveway and unloading bags to wait for them to confirm property is ready. We did take it upon ourselves to try the code given in email to enter property, it was 230 by this time. Room was clean and emptied so we started unpacking. Manager showed up minutes after we walked in and noted us already in room, opps! This was fault on our part by not waiting the extra 30 minutes but it was 90 and didnt think 30 minutes was a huge deal. Manager was understandably surprised but okay with us being there. Great stay. We would recommend this spot to anyone wanting a quick affordable get away.

Right for the price

This studio is in a great location right across the street from the beautiful beach. Parking is very tight if all rooms are occupied. The room itself is tight as well, but did it's job for the price. The bathroom is very small. I am not sure how a larger person can sit on the toilet. We did find mold on the shower curtain as there is no bathroom air vent. We also found a roach near the front door going to a bait trap. The room was clean when we arrived, but had a mildew smell. I suggest using the dehumidifier provided. The couch is well worn and had stains. The bed was okay for the three nights we were there. The mold was the biggest issue for me as I have chronic health conditions. I suggest adding a bathroom fan and a full length mirror. The room next door looked more appealing and larger. I would return if these things were done and all other rooms were full. Thank you.

Cute little cottage for two

This cute little cottage was perfect for my husband and I to stay in for two weeks. It is right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. You are less than a mile from the Village. It had everything we needed to cook a few meals wirh. We would definitely stay here again.

Siesta Key

While this is a small apartment, it had everything needed for our 2 week stay. The area was quiet and neighboring renters were friendly. The washer/dryer were convenient. Bed and furniture were comfortable. The best part is the closeness to the beach; right across the street. Close to the village, and the accessibility of the free Siesta Key Trolley made getting around easy.

A few issues but overall ok

This property has a great location. However the amenities are lacking. They only supplied one roll of toilet paper for a 5 day stay. We ran out on night 4 but couldn’t get in contact with the manager because they only are in from 9-6 daily. Most of the beach chairs were broken. The bathroom had no fan so the only small mirror in the place was usually foggy and our towels were damp most of the time. In addition, the dishes are hand wash only (no dishwasher or garbage disposal) and they supplied an old ragged sponge for our use. Most of the pots/pans are sterling silver but no cooking spray was provided. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable as well. Our stay would have been great if a bit more thought would have been put into the space.

I would definitely like to come back to this property. I am curious.as to what the weekly of monthy rates would be. Great location as I am a beach lover. It's close to the village. Not too many negatives. If I brought by laptop with I could have used the T. V. I could not get network stations. The leg room for the toilet is limited.if you are a tall person. As I am an electrician, I would put in a dimmer switch for living room light. I like this place.
