The first two days were really great. On the third day, I left the room at 9:45 am and returned late that night around 10:15 pm and my room had not been cleaned and I didn't have clean towels for the next day. I went to the desk and nobody was around so I went back about 30 minutes later. Had to wait while a guest was being checked in and while she played some game in the lobby before I could get towels. I'm sure it wouldn't have annoyed me so much if I hadn't already had a very stressful day. Seems like paying that much for a room should ensure one gets proper housecleaning services when there was ample time to do it. On a more positive note, the woman who ran the breakfast buffet was very sweet, professional and hardworking. No matter what else happened, I was always sure I would get a decent breakfast. I wish I had gotten her name to thank her properly because she did an outstanding job.

The beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Had fresh fruit for breakfast. Everything was great! Until I couldn’t shower in the morning because there was no hot water pressure. I was going to a vigil for my near death son in law and I couldn’t shower! I was mortified. The desk attendant was nice and my room fee was refunded.
