I checked in the night before and still had to wait 2 hours for my room to be ready. Most of the staff seemed to be new and couldn’t answer basic question.
Upon arrival, we were told that our reservation was cancelled and we would have to pay again for a new reservation. The front desk manager was condescending and did not even attempt service recovery. The best part is that he treated my spouse totally different than he treated me. Awesome! Corporate will be hearing about this experience so no one ever has to go through this after a long road trip.

Orbitz has the Pet fee listed as $15. When I checked in I was informed that it was $75. I stated at the time that it was different than what was on Orbitz, but the front desk person had a take it or leave it attitude. I took it cause I had nowhere else to go. I check today to confirm what Orbitz has listed and sure enough, it’s $15. Called the hotel to work it out with them, same person that checked me in answered and was unwilling to accept the disparity. Told me to deal with Orbitz. Prepare to be nickel and dimed at this hotel. If you have a pet, leave it in the car while you check in 😉
A decent breakfast, vibrant decor and friendly staff.
Horrible customer services. Very noisy hotel. Neighbors having party time until after midnight. Loudly talking , laughing and knocking each doors without any concerns. Called front desk. Front desk on call person did not stop them at all. After three times talking to front desk, noise getting even worse. Girls came out to the hallway and making noise there. I asked if there are policies or rules if they continue to bother and harass the neighbors. The answer was no , “ I will keep talking to them “ . I said you will keep talking to them till tomorrow morning and they will keep making noises?? The answer this time was “ yes , I will talk to them again “. We were forced to move to another room on the first floor which I found out that it was a suite with a door in between. One of The one neighbors has sleep apnea and making huge snoring noise . That was our night. We were totally exhausted. The next morning the front desk manager was very rude to treat us when complained. Our next day was ruined. Absolutely nightmares!!!!!
Rooms were small for the price. Air conditioner was loud. Noises all night. Bed very uncomfortable.

Amazing hotel. Breakfast was better than anything I have ever been to. Staff were friendly, rooms were extremely clean. Would 10/10 stay here again next time I am in the Bradenton area!

I stayed here for 6 days to attend a course as it was within close proximity and I must say it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Firstly, the bathroom which had a bathtub was backing up and my feet would always be immersed in dirty water. I found a cockroach running in the room which was totally disgusting and the worst thing that happened to me was someone hit my rental car while it was parked in the parking lot and the Hotel doesn't have any cameras on the outside which meant we were unable to find the offender.
I have never stayed at a Fairfield, but I sure will after this perfect choice. The rooms were immaculate, the bathroom large and very clean and comfortable for 2 people. Definitely would stay again- perfect!!!
Overal the hotel is ok, nice front desk service. One think i did not like it when i walk in to my room, it was a strange odor (combination of humid and unpleasant smell). Maybe that was the cleaning supplies they use. I asked for a different room. Very nice front desk service fulfilled my request, but another room had a similar smell, not as strong as the first one. FREE breakfast is a great deal. I stayed with a different Marriot division - Courtyard before, which is defenitely much better. I would not go back here.
This hotel is close to the Polo Grounds, as well as several other activities. I was attending the Club Ultimate Frisbee National Championships at the Polo Club, and it was easy to come back to the hotel between games. I could enjoy the pool and hot tub at the end of the day. It could not have been better!

I apologize for the confusion as it pertains to the pet fee. I'm not entirely sure why it states on Orbitz that our fee is $15, but our pet fee at the time was in fact, $75. I'll reach out to Orbitz and have them update our pet policy. Again, I apologize for the confusion, and I thank you for staying with us.
