Our host Jenny was very communicative and always ready to answer questions during our month long stay. Very nice house and was well appointed. We plan on returning again this year. The location was perfect for us as we like to be away from the crowds and close enough for a 10 minute drive to the beach. Pool was awesome, even in January.

My family and I had a great stay for Thanksgiving. The house was beautifully clean and comfortable for everyone. The heated pool was great but it can get cold in the winter since it gets shady but it was perfect as long as the weather cooperated. Good location close to beaches and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet which was perfect for a family getaway.

The description of the home and amenities were exactly as described. There was a minor issue with the heated pool, but was addressed very quickly. Great house and sleeps 12 people. The only downside was the size of the living room. A little small for the amount of people it sleeps. Lynette Shaw

A wonderful home-away-from-home. 5 stars all around.

My family and I stayed at this property for my son's wedding on Anna Maria Island. My adult children and their spouses came in from all over the country and the property felt like a home from the first minute. The patio and heated pool were the perfect respite in between events. The owners are very proactive with information and exceptionally responsive to questions throughout the process. I would visit this property or any of their other properties without hesitation. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Daughters 18th Birthday Trip

Truly did not expect how beautiful and classy this home would be! It is such a perfectly thought out place for a large group- especially if you have kids that are sharing sleeping areas. The minor “issues” we had (needed more towels and pool pump seemed to be off) were addressed within a couple hours with maintenance and staff showing up to fix. The bedrooms are laid out great and the mattresses and bedding are so comfortable! Location is in a beautiful neighborhood tucked away, but close to hot spots and grocery stores. My kids are already asking when we can go back lol.

Great stay!

The property was cleanly, roomy and accommodating for 7 people and an infant. We enjoyed the amenities of the house - especially the game room. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with and helped us with anything we needed in a matter of a few minutes! Would recommend to anyone in Bradenton!

Great!

We had a great stay here for a soccer event with three dads and three teens. the bedroom up stairs was perfect for the boys and the 3 first floor rooms were great for us dads. great kitchen for cooking, great pool and bbq area for hanging out.

Family Reunion

The property was perfect for our group of 11. Bedrooms are spaced out. All amenities are provided. All we had to do is pick up our groceries. Property was super clean. Having the pool on site was so convenient especially on the days we just wanted to hang at the house!

Over the top stocked

The hosts have provided more goods and small home touches than any place we’ve ever rented. They had every small appliance you could want in a kitchen. They had coffee, kosher salt, plastic wrap as well as dish and hand soap and paper towels. Normally we have to bring our own or go purchase on site. This time we were planning to buy and we didn’t have to buy any extras, just food. We forgot beach towels and they had plenty of those as well. The place was extremely clean and was better than the pictures. If you have any small children they provide a high chair, have 2 pack and plays and a full complement of plastic ware for little hands. Hope to come again and bring our whole family next time.

The house delivered exactly what I See at the photos. The place it’s very clean, Would love it the interior decoration, The outside of the house also it’s very beautiful and the neighborhood area nice quiet, I gave it five stars in all category. Quick Visit

My sister, brother in law and I all had to make a quick trip down to visit my brother who has had some recent health issues. The property was beautiful, plenty of parking and had a nice pool in the yard. Extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out while at the house.
