This is a very nice hotel. It is either brand new or finishing up with renovation as some work was in progress. Our room was perfect. It was nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was well-done, offering an array of dietary options suitable for most people. The area was clean and well laid out. I would have given the hotel 5-stars except for the fact that our room was not serviced during our two day stay. We left our room at 8:00am and returned at 5:00pm to find our towels still on the bathroom floor, the beds not made, the trash can full of trash, etc. The front desk clerk said that they were short-staffed and apologized. The clerk gave us towels for the second night, but we were on our own for the remainder of the items. I hope that this was an anomalous occurrence rather than standard practice for a guest staying two nights. Aside from that, you would do well to plan to stay at this hotel when visiting the Bradenton area right on I-75.

Nice clean Hotel with a very friendly staff. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and found it to be a very comfortable stay.
Went to Bradenton for 90th birthday celebration. The hotel is easy to find and very clean. Rooms are ample. The staff is great, especially Salvador at the front desk. He is professional, helpful and very pleasant! I would definitely recommend the hotel and will be stay again if need be to go back to the area :)
We had a very nice time, the room was very nice. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was great. We also like the pool very much. We also liked the location of the hotel.
Hotel is well worn. Room-dirty, ants in bathroom, low water pressure in shower, bedding/towels needs updating. Front desk staff-unwelcoming Breakfast-our morning of check out, hot food items not available at breakfast opening. We will not return

Location is ok, but there is really only one place to eat nearby, everything else is a 5 minute drive. The hotel sits back away from the main road and is only identified by a small Holiday Inn sign. You have to trust the sign because you can't really see the hotel from the road. GPS may mislead you here since the area is an industrial area being built up. It's next to I-75, so if your rooms are on that side of the building, I can imagine you would be able to hear the interstate. Upon check-in, entering the room, there were no toiletries, and only minimal towels. Not a big deal, a quick call to the front desk and I picked those up the next time we came into the room. Next day we were a bit jet lagged so got a late start. Breakfast was good, and they have a neat pancake machine that automatically makes you 2 perfect pancakes. We left the room around 10 or so and were out all day long. Upon return, we found that the room had not been cleaned. No biggie, but we would need fresh towels by the next day for sure. I called and advised the front desk that our room would need service the next day. The next day we left again around 10:30 and found a slip under our door saying room service had come at 9 am and again at 10:20 am but that we had the do not disturb sign on the door, and housekeeping was closed for the day. Afterwards, our travel plans shifted to earlier departures and the room was cleaned everyday, although not vacuumed (it is Florida, sandy if you go to the beach)
Needed a room on a road trip, this place was very nice and clean
Very relaxing! My only comments would be the exersize area could use some free weights and the TV stations were very limited.
The rooms are very nice.The heated pool,jacuzzi and daily buffet breakfast were all great!If you have a rental car,it's a great location to start a trip to an attraction.The staff couldn't be more helpful and courteous!
