We’ve booked many VRBO’s. This one is by far THE BEST we’ve ever been to. The place was exactly as described. Exceptionally clean, modern amenities and decor. Beach access was right across the street which was perfect for our little ones. The beach chairs and wagon were especially appreciated. Pool is nice. The management company was especially attentive which elevated our experience. We can’t wait to come back! If I were to suggest anything, it would be to add a floor length mirror and a broom for those who like to sweep up any sand that accidentally gets tracked inside during their stay.

A lovely stay at Cozzi Cottage

We had such a fun week visiting Anna Maria island. This cottage is the perfect location — quiet, spacious, restful and provided everything we needed for the beach. Towels, umbrellas, chairs, etc. Would love to visit again!

We also rented a golf cart from Seabreeze and it made the experience even better. Their rates are reasonable, and the cars are brand new. You can't get any closer to the beach at this price point and vibe.

Absolutely adorable... close and cozy!!

This cottage is adorable. It has all of the amenities you could possibly need and is directly across from beach. We could not have been more please and will for sure be back.

Cozzi and comfortable!

Perfect place for us to celebrate our anniversary. We spent a week relaxing and soaking in the peacefulness of the beach, pool and cottage. Clean and spacious enough for 2 people to enjoy a weeks vacation. Cozzi and comfortable!

I was traveling solo and this cottage was the perfect place. The location was great and beach access is steps away. My one little complaint is it's time for the mattress to be upgraded. I highly recommend!

Cozzi Cottage was the perfect beach getaway! The location was amazing — steps away from the beach and only a ten minute drive to either end of the island, giving us the opportunity to explore AMI and all that it has to offer. :) The rental was extremely clean and perfectly decorated…we felt so relaxed and at home. We can't wait to visit again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This is the perfect beach cottage! Providing a comfortable king bed, all the soaps you need and just a very short walk to the sand. Outdoor shower to wash off your feet before going inside. Plenty of outdoor space to relax at night. The pool was very quiet and a nice change when you've had too much of the gulf. Highly recommend!

Great stay!!!

The Cozzi Cottage was fantastic, especially for a couple. The bedroom was large with a spacious closet, the bathroom and shower were also nice and spacious with plenty of storage. The kitchen had all we needed. The outdoor spaces were really nice, especially the rooftop deck with great sunset viewing and stargazing afterward. The location is terrific, about a 3 minute walk to the beach. The outdoor landscaping was pretty, and the pool was very nice, and warm. Great stay!

Top notch vacation property

Perfect location! Well equipped except for K Cup Coffee machine that was missing. It was brought to us 4 days into our trip. Otherwise, everything was great. Clean, comfortable Cottage and we would recommend it to anyone. When we come back to AMI, we hope to stay in Cozzi cottage again!
