This property is as advertised and more. Several beach chairs, beach umbrella and tent and multiple bicycles were available for our use.

Great house/location

Can’t complain one bit about this property! Great location, plenty of space, we had 9 people staying with us. Only thing i would of liked to have was an air fryer only because I’m addicted to it ;) Pool and outdoor space is amazing, our kids probably would have been fine to never step foot on the beach. There is pool toys, beach chairs, cooler, wagon. All you need to do is show up with your clothes!

Fantastic Experience

Perfect little beach house

We had to make a last minute change and picked Destin. We had never stayed in Village at Crystal Beach but absolutely loved it!! Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay at Mango Breeze

We enjoyed another beautiful vacation at Anna Maria Island. We love staying in the Holmes Beach area and the house we stayed in, Mango Breeze, offered a convenient location to the beach with great amenities. We spent most of our days on the beach and cooled off in the evenings in the pool. The house was clean and well-appointed, and accommodated our family of 5 well. We are already looking forward to our next vacation at AMI!

Great place to stay.

Nice house for family or friends. Plenty of bathrooms. Lots of amenities. Short walk to the beach. The beds were not very comfortable and the ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work. Otherwise great place to stay. Management company was nice to work with.

Mango Breeze

Loved the house. Had great pool area and tiki bar. Well furnished kitchen and plenty of towels and beach/pool accessories. We had a minor problem with the dishwasher and ice maker but was resolved quickly. They have a slight drainage problem in the patio area after heavy rain which we reported and the owner has plans for repairs after hurricane season is over. Overall, a great vacation house.

Summer 2021

Great location. We had a few minor issues - a.c., remotes, but they were quickly resolved. I would suggest purchasing some more beach chairs and a larger umbrella or tent for beach trips.

Spring Break

Perfect location and close to the beach. Great house for a family vacation. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagon, pool toys, bikes, all provided. Grandkids loved the pool.

Wonderful Week Away at The Beach

Booked a week early Aug. for family getaway. Location couldn't be more perfect. On beachside of main road so only about 10 houses to beach and beach not too crowded as there is no public parking there. Literally less than a mile to Publix. The house itself was absolutely perfect as it was very comfortable, beds were comfy as well and kitchen was very well supplied down to a gazillion Tervis tumblers for the beach/pool. Spent literally whole trip either at beach or pool. Have also never seen a beach rental as stocked as this with pool toys, bikes, beach wagon and chairs (Several chairs we found broken -may want to replace). With the thick palms surrounding the backyard you felt like you were in Hawaii rather than a backyard pool. Pool was spent for hours of water volleyball or lounging on the in water loungers which is precisely what we did. Only thing missing from the first floor near pool area is a bathroom as would have been nice to not have to run upstairs all the time (There is an outdoor shower though for removing sand). Check in time was 4 pm and when we got there they were not done cleaning. After they left still found dirty ashtrays and dishes in pool area, bag full of trash out there and found some empty beer cans throughout the house during the week. I did mention it to property mgmt company and they promptly offered to send someone out to reclean the next day. We declined and just took care of it ourselves. A/C also didn't seem to want to get below 78 during the days but were able to get it down to 72 or so at night (did not contact anyone on that). Those were the only two issues we had and management was great. I can say 110% that when we come back to AMI we will be staying at Mango Breeze again. Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise with our family!!

Great for families!

The house was very clean and provided all of the essentials. Great pool and lots of outdoor seating. Provided options for gas and charcoal grilling with a fun tiki bar poolside. Lots of family activities such as ping pong table, corn hole, board games, bikes and beach essentials provided. Easy access to beach and trolley stop at end of street. Had a great time!

February 2020 Getaway to Mango Breeze

My wife and I had a very nice time at Mango Breeze in Holmes Beach. The house is extremely well stocked with virtually everything you would need for a rental property including 5 bikes, beach supplies, etc. We spent a lot of time on the house decks and pool area, which felt quite secluded and like you were in a tropical paradise. The house was regularly maintained by a swimming pool cleaner and a lawn maintenance company. The property management company we dealt with was very attentive to the few items of maintenance we needed assistance with. The property is very well located within a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants/grocery stores. Overall we had a great time and hope to come back again next year.
