small family reunion

Perfect location for beach access and great pool. Large Kitchen, Family room and bedrooms with large comfortable beds.Large enough space to be very comfortable for kids and adults. Large dining area so everyone could sit and relax for meals and play games together later.

Perfect beach vacation

You could not have picked a better place for a beach family vacation. Such a beautiful stretch of beach, and the pool and hot tub were perfect accompaniment. We would not want to stay anywhere else on Anna Maria Island.

This property is in a perfect location with beautiful sunset views and everything you need for a lovely beach stay. We loved the pool on site, hot tub, and ping pong table. There is a new artificial putting green. The beach chairs were a great touch. I especially loved looking out each morning at the expansive beach view and watching dolphins swim in the ocean. We rarely stay at the same property twice, but I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing week in AMI! Beautiful oceanfront condo steps from the beach. Close to city tennis courts, pickleball and free trolley stop. 2nd floor deck was perfect for watching sunsets and dolphins swimming by.

Family Vacay

Our family has been staying at Anna Maria since before I was born - this was our first time staying here and it was STUNNING. The open living/dining/kitchen with the beach views and porch cannot be beat. Convenience to the beach/pool with a little one was great. Was told we’d be notified day of if we could check in early/cleaners were done but weren’t (door just automatically accepted code at check in time) - would’ve rather just been told no 😊 but would’ve appreciated getting in just 30 minutes early with a little one. The beds could do great with a topper and pillows probably need replacing but will definitely be booking here again. Absolutely beautiful.

Wonderful stay we wanted to book next years trip before we left

This rental was so beautiful and the most perfect location. I don't want to stay anywhere else and probably will be making our next year's reservation soon! The house was so well cared for and everything was in good working condition. Highly recommend!

Dream Spot at the Beach

This was our 2nd time to AMI and we really wanted to try a place on the gulf to get a dose of those sunset views, and OH WOW did we get sunset views! While the property sits within a 4 unit building, we were amazed by how isolated and private it felt. The unit is laid out really well and feels like a stand alone home with gorgeous beach views when you are inside. We did not hear anything from the neighbors and had children above and to the side of us. The unit was clean, gorgeous and modern....and I'm a picky gal. Location is perfect as you can walk into town to get coffee or easily golf cart your way to the north of the island or back down to Ugly Grouper. The absolute highlight of our stay was the access we had to the beach. Literally just steps away and the unit has it's own chairs, umbrellas and cart to make that even easier if you have a big family with kids. Another perk was the pool and hot tub....pool was warm even on the cooler days as we were still early February. My absolute favorite part was the balcony seating, even on cooler days at the beach we could still sit on the lounge chairs and soak up the rays and it was an absolute delight to stay out on our balcony each day for sunset. Our only recommendation is that it's probably time to change mattresses....while it didn't impact our stay in any major way, they are in need of an update. Overall 10 out of 10 and we tried to return for next year but it is already booked. Lock it in now!!

Property management was helpful but we did have multiple problems while we were there. AC not working, pool heater not running and personal garages not accessible. 2/3 we’re fixed after calling but I believe they should notice these things prior. Location is amazing and the unit was great. We will be going back!

Winter getaway

This beach front condo was beautiful! Very nicely decorated with plenty of room. The kitchen was very well equipped. The sunsets were a favorite and the beach was clean and beautiful. The place is amazing and we would highly recommend. We will be back.

Perfect condo on the beach!

We really enjoyed this beautiful place in the beach! Plenty of parking for our family of 6. The pool and spa were clean and private. The residence was very clean and a beautiful place. Close to many restaurants. The beach was perfect!

Excellent location and beautiful space

We ended up in Anna Maria b/c of Omicron and the need to change our plans at the last minute to stay in the country. We’ve never been to AMI but had heard about it from friends. The property was a last minute find and way more space than we needed for our family but it is gorgeous and the location right on the beach is fantastic. Everything is new, well appointed and clean! The furnishings are gorgeous and stylish. Kitchen is well-stocked. Bedrooms are spacious. No need to rent chairs/umbrellas as they are provided and located in the storage unit. That is a very nice perk. Beach towels are provided - another nice perk! Not knowing AMI we were a little disappointed that restaurants, coffee shops, etc are close but not really walkable/bikeable because of traffic and the main roads. You can get places via backroads but the island does seem very crowded. This was too much space for our family of four but would be great for two families with kids or a larger family. There never seemed to be more than one other unit occupied. The pool area is small. If all the units were filled to capacity, it would be difficult to enjoy the pool but the beach is literally steps away. The rental agency was very easy to work with and very responsive when we were having issues with cable/internet. We really appreciated their friendliness and professionalism. Highly recommend this property!
