Pattison Place is truly "one of a kind!" A beautiful, clean home, located in a quiet neighborhood with a spacious open floor plan to create a relaxing home away from home for you and your family! The main part of the house offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and 2 living rooms. Attached to the main house is a master suite with a queen bed, full bathroom, and wet bar. You will have access to the entire home. The bedrooms are spacious with the first bedroom featuring a King bed and the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker. Laundry has a washer and dryer. All linens are provided including beach towels. We also have beach chairs in the garage that you are free to use. There is lots of space to relax inside, but don't miss the beautiful, fenced-in backyard to soak up some beautiful Florida sunshine Relax in the evening on the stamped concrete patio and make your favorite meat on the BBQ grill. Turn on the twinkling lights to enjoy the space after dark to give it a cozy feel! There is free parking on the premises. No pets, no smoking, or loud parties allowed.
Things to do in the area, The property is located 1/2 mile from the Legacy bike trail which is a 18 mile lovely, paved bike trail connecting Sarasota and Venice Florida. If you enjoy pickleball head over to the Sarasota Pompano Pickleball courts. There are so many beautiful beaches in the area but our favorite is the beautiful Siesta Key beach, voted the #1 beach is the USA! We have no doubt that you will find lots to keep you occupied during your stay.
