charged for cleaning room and extra Toilet paper really??
I booked what I thought was a hotel room with free breakfast but was told booked a condo and had to pay 10 if I wanted breakfast. Turns out a condo is a hotel room with 2 beds and a frig and microwave in the bathroom. If you needed extra soap, TP, Kleenex or fresh towels or your room cleaned there was a charge really!!! only saving grace was the bar located behind the property. The location was good and the pool nice. As fir customer service poor as i waited and waited and waited to ask a question while the counter person chatted on her cel phone on a personal call Really !!!

The property is within Ramada hotel and it is pretty run down. It was on the second floor no view. We had to keep curtains closed all day for privacy.
