記載されている写真の通りアパートタイプの宿泊施設でしたが、「NESTLE」という表示や名前がどこにも見当たらず、最初は少し不安になりました。 チェックインも通常のホテルとは違い、アパートのため自分で手続きをする形式でした。メールアドレスの入力ミスがあったのか、詳しい案内が届かず不安でしたが、電話で問い合わせるとすぐに対応してくださり、丁寧に教えていただけて安心しました。 室内は清潔感があり、洗濯機も使えて便利でした。 アパートタイプの宿泊施設のため、他の部屋には実際に住んでいる方もいらっしゃいました。私たちの部屋はエレベーターを降りて非常灯の下のドアを開け、左側にあるお部屋だったのですが、チェックインをしてから部屋番号が分かったので、少し場所が分かりづらかったです。事前に詳しく教えていただけていたら、よりスムーズに到着できたかなと思いました。
