The hotel is located close to shopping area close to Tanuki koji 5. Level 2 has common onsen bath as well as a reading area with massage chairs (10min for 100 yen). There is also paid laundry available. We stayed in the Japanese style room and the room is quite spacious and clean. We were really satisfied considering the price paid. The only let down is their buzzard luggage policy. Post check out, we asked if we can store our luggage (two suitcases plus a cabin sized hand held bag) overnight as we were going to Jozenkei onsen for the night but returning the next day. The hotel staff said no their luggage policy is that luggage can only be stored for the day of the check out unless guests will be re checking into the hotel. We have never had this issue with any other hotel we stayed at. It caused a great deal of inconvenience as we had to carry all our luggage to the onsen and then back to Sapporo.
Stayed here for a few nights on either side of going for a hike. Staff are friendly, hotel is very comfortable but standout point is the location. Right in the center surrounded by good bars, restaurants etc. There's also really nice baths open late on the top floor (included in the price) - definitely worth using if you're staying here.
Very clean, conveniently located and value for money hotel. You get what you pay for - no more, no less. Good public hot baths but mobile phones MUST BE BANNED and age limits for young boys in the Ladies' facility implemented. Don't expect too much from their breakfast but viable alternatives available very close by.
Stayed here in tatami room as we have 2A and 2C. Room wasn’t big, but we think it’s a value for money room. New and clean with superb location. They have small little gift pack for the tots too! Parking was 1200 yen per night (on TOP of your hotel rate). And it’s just right next to the hotel, mechanized system. The exit at the cafe is the direct link to the tanukikoji 5/6. No need to go by the main entrance. Food was ok, it’s almost the same every day. Pls take note that the washing machine and dryer may not be able to dry the clothes fast enough, heard some guest said need to keep topping up. Hence, we wash ourselves and bring it to nearby laundry shop for dryer. We spent 500 yen for 50 mins dryer.
Had a fantastic stay at the Karaksa Sapporo. We had a room on level 12 which was comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s location to bars and restaurants was perfect for a stay of 4 nights.
위치도 좋고 직원들도 친절하지만 밖이 보이지 않는 창문때문에 너무 갑갑합니다 층간소음도 있습니다 물이 제공되지 않습니다 Conveniently located hotel with kind staffs, but i felt like being in a box because I couldn’t see outside through a tiny blurred window, and the room need to be more soundproof. There was no complimentary water.
It is situated in the center of the city. It’s back door is connected to the walking arcade so you don’t even have to bring an umbrella to shop. You can shop right there at your hotel’s ‘backyard’. The breakfast food is good. The staff are warm and accomodating. The rooms are very clean and as expected in Japan, the toilets are superb making sure that you go out of the toilet very clean and feeling fresh. They also have a public bath so you can experience the traditional bath of Japanese. In the same 2nd floor is a place where you can relax with a massage chair and have some drinks. It’s an excellent hotel.
Very new hotel. It's small but it's got everything you need. It's clean, aircon works well, attention to detail in every manner. Well lit rooms. Small windows but you'll most likely spend most of your time outside shopping. Good breakfast too! Very glad we stayed here!
It was a short trip to this newly opened Hotel in the heart of Tokyo Station. Very accessible to JR Tokyo Station and bus going to Narita Airport or other airport. As it is newly opened, it was clean, and you don’t have to bring anything...even PJ’s are there for the guest use. A free coffee, tea and soda too. Thank you for the wonderful stay
The taxi driver didn’t know how to get here, maybe it’s a newer hotel. But anyways, the rooms were very small. I feel like it was smaller than national average Japan hotel rooms. The shower room was small (no tub). The toilet was separated. Luckily we got an extra bed, but then we got no room to open our luggage to get stuff and pack. We opted for the eco housekeeping and therefore earning 6 coins to get 6 free drinks. The eco cleaning was just replacing towels and toiletries. However, they did change our sheets and clean our room one day out of our four nights stay. This hotel is situated in a fun location. Walkable to a lot of eateries and shops. The walk from JR station was too far, but there is a metro line not too far away. I love how we are near street cars. We will not stay here again as the rooms were too small and nowhere to sit or walk. Also, there was a public bath on the second floor. It was dark and small.
