The rooms were spacious and clean. However, it's a bit unfortunate that the bathroom ventilator doesn't work in all rooms.There were many amenities and a free lounge bar was available in the lobby. I had a great stay! The location is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide selection, including vegetarian options. I also loved the special features: diy bath bombs and self-serve lounge access (it was really fun to try some new drinks!). I’d easily stay here again for another trip to Sapporo!

The room is ok, just very dark and gloomy but clean. The hotel is very convenient to a long mall with lots of shops and restaurants. What we didn’t like is the lounge area where you are only allowed to stay for 30 minutes each day which is ridiculous. It is stocked with free drinks etc but I’d rather they allowed us to stay as long as we liked instead.
