The room was pretty spacious (enough to open 2 large luggages) and very clean! Place was also near amenities like family mart and the subway station! They also had their own in house coin washing machine a dryer. Will definitely book with them again if I’m heading back to Sapporo.

Hotel was located less than 5 minutes from the orange subway line and 2 stops from Odori. Family Mart and 24 hour supermarket all within walking distance. Amazing rooms albeit a little small (usual for Sapporo). Walls are a little thin so bring eyeplugs!

This hotel is separated into 2 buildings for their rooms. The type of room you select during the booking will determine which building you stay in. The superior and deluxe rooms will be located in the rear building, which is newly furnished, and does add an additional touch. The room is on the smaller side, but that is typical of rooms in Japan. However, the room is enough for a single traveler like me, and could be a tighter fit for a couple. Room was clean, and equipped with the necessary amenities. During check-in, you are given a bag of coffee beans that you can make your own coffee in your room using the drip set that they provide to you. There is a cafe downstairs, and you are given a welcome drink that can be either coffee, tea, or juice. Their menu is on the pricier side, but it is worth it. For those who arrive by car, they have parking spots in front and in the back. For a reasonable cost, you have your own parking spot for the time you are there with in/out privileges. The hotel is within walking distance to Kikusui station, so you can leave your car and walk if you do not want to deal with finding parking in the city center.

Nice bed, lots of things provided. Not if you want to cook they didn’t carry pans. But this might be something you have to ask for. And if you want a good coffee then there’s a very nice coffee shop in the reception area. Quite pricey but you get what you pay for!

Hotel was walking distance from subway Station and opposite a 24 hour supermarket and convenience store. Each room had 3 beds and the shared lounge was nice with fridge, kettle and vending machine.

Excellent location!

My friend and I stayed here because the location was so close to a supermarket and a subway station. We both wanted our own private rooms, which were great. I've traveled through Japan several times, and I'm used to the Japan standards of room sizes so I had no issue with the space. The hotel/cafe was kept meticulously clean by professional staff members that spoke English. My friend and I were honestly shocked at how perfect this place was for our stay during the Sapporo Snow Festival. We would not hesitate to book again.

A 15mins walking distance from Naebo JR station. Nearest subway station at kikusui station (the sapporo subway), exit 1. Location is peaceful, theres a 24hrs supermart at the junction when you come out from the subway. A family mart opposit the hotel. A cafe at 1st floor of the hotel. And a very nice common area at the residence floor. A cosy place to stay in. The bed area is spacious. It will be better if they have more washing machines. There's only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer machine at the laundry. Would definitely wanna stay here again for the next trip!

Great hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. Clean common rooms. Towels, toiletries and pajamas are changed daily. Tasty breakfast and nice restaurant ambience. 3 mins walk to Kikusui Station/Bus Stop, and a bus ride (Bus no. 55 or no. 7) to Sapporo JR Station. There is a family mart accross the street and a 24 hr Supermarket. Around 8 - 10 minutes walk to Premier Hotel Tsubaki bus stop where you can catch a direct bus ride to CTS airport. Best hostel so far I have ever been to.

Glad I stumbled upon this treasure!

Found this hotel after my airbnb cancelled on us and am super glad I decided to stay here. We stayed for 5 nights in the private room and our whole stay was pleasant from start to end. The hotel staff and cafe staff were exceptional, as you would expect of Japanese service. The room was clean and there was daily cleaning service. Bed was just nice and toilet was clean also. There was enough space for us to put two luggage on the floor. The heating function was also useful in the winter. As the hotel is located in a quiet place, there's no noise and we slept very well. There isn't much in the vicinity, though there was a convenience store just opposite. The breakfast was superb. It's not much but very tasty and they always gave you a different option everyday! It also looks appetizing, definitely insta-worthy! Overall, i would give it max stars. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I loved staying at Hotel Potmum. The hotel was in a great location a couple blocks from the subway station. Super easy to get around by foot. There is a convenient store right across the street as well as a 24 hour market nearby! The breakfast was amazing, and the smell of coffee coming in and out of the hotel was a perk. Would stay here again!

Good for the price, clean and modern

Really cool place, good coffee downstairs (a little expensive). Capsule was nice but mattress quite hard, and not much luggage storage. Nice facilities, good washroom. Friendly staff. The place was a little out of the way, about 30/40 min walk from the rest of the city, the main station etc. and quite residential around so no bars or restaurants.
