Staff held our bags before check-in, and helped us make a reservation at a local restaurant. They also received a package for me after notifying them to expect it! A bit of a walk from the Sapporo station but you can walk in the underground subway stations along the way if the weather is bad!

This hotel is in a great location for visiting Sapporo. A lot of things in the area are walkable, including the subway which gives you even more options for exploring Sapporo. Staff were so friendly and the amenities were great.

Like every business Hotel in Japan, it’s small and compact. It’s renovated recently so room looks fresh and clean. We were there for only one night and we could hear muted noises next door so soundproof still needs to improve. It’s a short walk to the shopping street which is very convenient. Staff cannot speak English well and need to use translation device.
