Foi razoável, atendeu as nossas "expectativas" pq queríamos um lugar para dormir mesmo, pois estávamos de viagem para uma convenção. Porém o banheiro molhavaaaaa muito, infelizmente. E o ap cheirava muito a mofo e era bastante úmido. Mas no mais foi tudo perfeito, bairro bom e próximo ao local do nosso evento. Valeu a pena !
