Good flat, bad communication

Though small, the flat is great and well neat. It has a great view and good lighting control. Also, it is well located in the South Zone of SP. However, the check-in process is the worst ever. They'll make you deposit 1k BRL to their bank account - which they claim they'll refund it all within a week after your checkout. They won't send all the information you'll need via message or whatsapp. Instead, they'll send you a link that contains all the info about your stay - whcih lacks clarity and intuitiveness. More over, getting into and out of the building is very distressing. The building has no lobby. They won't allow you in until you identify yourself and are authorized - every effing time you need to get in and out of that building. You won't be granted any passkey for entering the building. Your face will be collected for nothing as they won't register it in the face recognition system.

Pesimo Servicio no tiene plataforma para cobrar una garantía y revertir el dinero a la fecha de salida. Al día de hoy el dinero no me lo han devuelto. Segundo , higiene fatal entregaron la unidad con el inodoro lleno de caca y sangre pegada a la tapa y laterales .. el piso lleno de pelos y debajo de la cama envolturas de golosinas y pretendieron mandas a alguien a limpiar al día siguiente entre las 11 y 4 pm … que pretender que uno use en ese estado el inodoro. Tengo fotografías que le mandé al encargado
