Property and location was good, but there were a lot of construction noises all throughout the night. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

Muitos problemas em um único lugar

Os problemas começaram no checkin e só terminaram no chekout! Estávamos em dois quartos, um quarto foi liberado no horário, porém quando entramos era no subsolo janela aberta pra rua, muito perigoso, o quarto extremamente mofado, e tinha uma goteira no banheiro que estava todo alagado! Pedimos pra trocar de quarto e ficamos mais de uma hora esperando. As pessoas que estavam no outro quarto só conseguiram fazer o checkin de fato 1:30 depois das 14h. No segundo dia saímos pela manhã solicitamos a troca das toalhas retornarmos por volta das 17h e não tinha toalha limpa, ficamos aguardando até as 21h as toalhas limpas chegarem da lavanderia! Fora esses problemas, só conseguíamos dar descarga uma vez por dia no banheiro, após isso a caixa de descarava não enchia para a próxima! Não fiquem em frente a rua pois o isolamento acústico é ruim e o hotel fica em frente a doca do shopping, o barulho de caminhões e trabalhadores é insuportável! Já fiquei em hotéis na região na mesma faixa de preço sem esse tipo de problema!

O quarto fica de frente para uma rua movimentada e tem apenas um vidro comum, o que o deixa extremamente barulhento. Além disso, a cortina deixa passar toda a luminosidade. O ar condicionado só funciona no frio e ao pedir mais cobertores, pois disponibilizam apenas uma manta fina, fomos informadas de que não havia mais cobertores no hotel. No café da manhã os ovos tinham um cheiro estranho . Preferi não comer. Com pequenos detalhes poderia ser considerado bom, pela localização e custo benefício. Uma pena.
