A localização é bem central, mas o bairro a noite é absurdamente estranho. Sobre o apartamento, estava igual como nas fotos, tudo bem novinho, roupas de cama confortáveis. Os pontos negativos: o ralo do banheiro estava completamente entupido ao ponto de tomarmos banho tendo que fechar o chuveiro a cada 5 segundos. Reclamei para o proprietário mas foi ignorado. A cozinha não tem todos os itens para se fazer uma refeição, não tem cafeteria ou uma sanduicheira por exemplo, então quem tiver pensando em tomar café da manhã lá, não recomendo. Quando chegamos também, ao entrar no banheiro, tinha papel sujo dentro da lixeira e o vaso aparentava não ter sido higienizado… Em resumo, o apto é um bom custo benefício, o condomínio é maravilhoso, mas deixa a desejar na limpeza e na manutenção do imóvel.
