The hotel was good, the bed was comfortable but the bathroom had mold. The receptionist Luisa was rude and very unprofessional all the time. We were at the hotel for almost two weeks and she mistreated us all the time. They should give better training to the employees.
The a/c did not work and it was only blowing air the whole time. I could live with it but expected it tonat least work.
Very good experience again with Tryp. I have been in this hotel for couple times and it always a good place to be. The breakfast is the best, the rooms are large, clean, comfortable. The location of this hotel is very accessible specially when you have to be near by the Belenzinho for example.
