There is no world in which this hotel is a 4-star. The rooms are poorly patched up everywhere you look. Everything is worn off. We switched rooms as in the first one half of the lights were not working as well as the A/C. In the second room several lights weren’t working either. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very good, but the rooms are really ready for a serious makeover.

Pessima. Ja comecando com a recepção. Extremamente mal educadas, uma ma vontade de atender. Fiz a reserva e informei que a estadia era a trabalho ao chegar no hotel mesmo ligando um dia antes para confirmar se tinha Internet fechada uma vez que a viagem era a trabalho, na recepção foi informado que nao tinha. Mesmo a aberta não funcionou no quarto e ao reclamar foi dado 0 atenção. Pessimo. Não recomendo e inclusive ja pontuei aos organizadores do evento que estive pois foi indicado por eles.

A localização é o único ponto positivo. Minha estadia foi marcada pela desorganização, que resultou em cobrança dupla do estacionamento. O quarto estava mal conservado, com móveis velhos, cortinas sujas e tomadas antigas. A prova da falta de atenção é que forneceram um ferro de passar sem uma tomada que funcionasse.
